You have dozens of bars and restaurants directly around our apartment. The metro is only 5 mins away by foot. And taxis and u era are abundant. But you may prefer to walk everywhere since area is so nice. Antique row is one block away, the market street fashion district is also a short walk away. It’s a Great location with a nice neighborhood feel.

Located near the Center of Center City, close to everything that makes Philadelphia a great city to visit. This apartment is nicely designed with a modern metropolitan City look and energy. Included are all the amenities you need to help make your stay a great experience. Come and experience a great place in a great location.

Walk into a Bi-Level design with an amazing energy and feel to it. Moderns quaint kitchen fully stocked with all amenities needed for a short or long stay. Leads into a nice dining space for two, with a window view of the charming Quince Street. Accompanied by a nice common living room area with a large sofa sleeper, flat screen TV and original brick wall with glitzy art work to dazzle you.
We also have a full bathroom downstairs with a standing shower.

When it's time to rest or turn in, head upstairs and find yourself in a plush design bedroom area equal to a studio apartment. The bedroom area has very comfortable full size bed with plush linens and quilts, a nice sitting area that also can be slept on or made comfortable for movie nights. A modern flat screen TV which is Netflix and Hulu ready. All you have to do is log in and you are ready for movie night. We also have another full bathroom with a standing shower upstairs. This apartment is great for a small group of 2-4 looking for some space and comfort.

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement area for all our guests, which you can access 24/7. And if you find a spot, there is free overnight street parking.

Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream-colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It is a metal unit that runs across the wall's lower part. There is a knob on each right that turns it higher. After a bit, it gets very warm in there.
Yaoundé can walk almost all points of interest. Taxis are nearby on. Broad st and the subway is also only a few blocks away. This is a very convenient area.
