A beautiful Block Island vacation is waiting for you! Just .6 miles to town, you can stroll to shops and restaurants! Take a bike to Town Beach and enjoy all that BI has to offer. Come home to an A/C cooled home and unwind. Generous bedrooms and baths will comfortably accommodate your friends and family. A well-equipped kitchen and comfortable LR/DR open floor plan is waiting for you. Relax on the rockers on the front porch. Grill and chill in the back yard and dine outside on a table for 12! A fully fenced in yard adds extra safety for toddlers.

The perfect house to escape to! So neat and clean, bedrooms were all a great size, multiple bathrooms were very helpful with a good size crowd. The eat-in kitchen space is large enough for dining and hanging out after dinner. We enjoyed the yard as well and the close proximity to town. Great stay, cool house!!

Weekend Getaway

A wonderful week on Block Island

My family and another family rented this house for a week and had a wonderful stay! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 8 of us. It was so easy to walk into town for a blocksicle or to say hi to the cows by the rotary. We enjoyed having the option of cooking in or walking over to the Atlantic Inn for food and drinks while the kids explored the Abrams farm. We hope to come back again in the future!

Perfect Stay

Alison was very responsive to any questions and sent reminders about booking ferry tickets. The location was great, just a short walk to town. The size was perfect for a group of friends with plenty of beds and more than enough bathrooms and showers. The front porch was an added plus and the best place to watch the sunset!

Clean, spacious, perfect for groups

We stayed at this property as a group a part of a wedding party. Check in was seamless and we loved the location. Brief walk to the Spring House and downtown is not too far off. It was bright, clean, and plenty of space. Would definitely consider this property again for another group trip to block island!

Short term stay

The communication with the property owner was excellent. It's great location from the center of town and still quiet at night. The house was in excellent shape.There is a private back yard with a out door shower. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect little getaway

We LOVED our stay! The house was just as described with plenty of room for our 2 families, spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds and everything you could need! We loved the location being walking distance to town and some of our other favorite spots. We especially enjoyed the fenced in yard, front porch rockers, beautiful hydrangeas and the outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. Alison was very responsive with any questions we had, we would love to stay again!

Easy Breezy Living was just that and so much more. The house was clean, spacious, decorated so nicely and stocked with everything we could have ever needed. Walking distance to town was a bonus. Owner was responsive and accommodating. We will look forward to coming back!

Perfect and Easy Breezy

This home is perfect for a family. My husband, son, wife, nanny, and three toddlers under the age of 4. The property is fenced in so toddlers can run around. It's a short walk to town making it easy to mobilize the family. The home is beautiful and the best part is the host. She is flexible and made our experience amazing.

Comfortable & Convenient

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Very spacious, great living space for communal hanging out, and we loved the outdoor dining table (and outdoor shower!) Easy walking distance to town, about 10 minutes, faster on a bike... though biking back up that hill is a real feat! Still, truly a perfect stay. Alison was incredible with communication and accommodating our needs.

Hi we are Matt and Alison Camardella from Sea Cliff, Long Island. We fell in love with Block Island 20 + years ago as newlyweds when we came to stay at the National Hotel for a June weekend. Three boys and probably 15 + rental houses later, we finally found the perfect house to buy! When we are not enjoying the house for ourselves, we are thrilled to share it with other visitors and hope that you find life here as Easy Breezy as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love the generous size of the bedrooms in the home. We have decorated the home to be comfortable with all that is needed, but not cluttered or fussy - to ensure a neat and clean simplicity. We affectionately refer to the room with three twins in it as the "three little bears room." We hope your little bears will be happy and comfortable all together in a row! Matt and I love to cook and the kitchen is a focal point in any home. We hope you will find everything you need to cook comfortably here - including a full spice rack. The best part of the day is always pouring a favorite drink and sitting on the front porch rockers with someone special.
