UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.

We had an excellent time in Snowshoe! The cabin comfortably accommodated our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs fireplace and hot tub!

Awesome property very close to the top of the mountain, giving us easy access to Snowshoe slopes. Shuttle was a breeze, views were beautiful.

Ski weekend

Stayed in this home with another couple for a ski weekend at Snowshoe. House was roomy and has a beautiful view. Ski shuttle goes by the house continuously throughout the day which is convenient if you don’t want to drive to the slopes. We had a great time.

Annual family trip

We really liked the location and the view! The size was plenty big for our crew of 8. We played games in the living room, hot tub after skiing, morning coffee looking out to the mountains. It would have been nice to use the fire place, but it needed maintenance and was not available. The location was great, easy for the shuttle to pick us up!

Snowy Perfection

My entire family loved our stay in this beautiful house. There were 14 of us from 67 years old - 1. The house was the perfect size for our big family and quiet enough for the littles to nap. Beautiful views, beautiful house and ten inches of snow. Thanks for the perfect get away.

Great stay

We had an excellent stay at 72 South West Ridge. The home was perfect for our large group including children. Overall, the home has some wear and tear, but it didn't affect our stay negatively and the property management company was very responsive to the minor concerns we raised. It's a comfortable home and a great location. We are definitely considering a stay there in the future with friends and family. Shuttle service was AWESOME and convenient.

We had 14 of us and it was perfect for our crew! Plenty of space for us to hang out together. We could hang out by the fire or play ping pong or go sit in the hot tub. And you cannot beat the view. Spectacular sunsets! Happy Skiing!

Perfect place for Large Groups

This house was perfect for our ski trip. The location was great with amazing views. We used the shuttle bus throughout our stay and it was incredibly convenient, usually taking no more than 10 minutes to pick us up at the driveway and take us to the village. The house has a ton of space and two living rooms, which was nice for a large group. The hot tub and wood fire places were also a nice touch and worked great for us. Everything was even better than the pictures online showed, we would definitely come back again!

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
