We LOVE this townhome! Quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with many walkable options far from the busy boardwalk crowd (but not too far to go visit)! We love the full kitchen and laundry options in the unit to help us plan to eat in, on the go, or to bring back leftovers. The owners are constantly upgrading this place (we’ve stayed four times) and it keeps getting better each stay!

Nice property for a family stay. Pool is great and close. I missed that linens are not included so just a heads up to bring towels and sheets.

The unit was very comfortable and was clean. It was in a good location in ocean city. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate too much when we stayed so didn’t have much of a chance to use the pool but this was clean as well when we did.

We really enjoyed the 2 decks on this property. The deck furniture was new and comfortable. The back deck has a table for 6 which allowed our family of 5 to eat outside. We really enjoyed being on the canal. It was very quiet on this property. The pool was super clean and the complex itself also very clean. The townhouse was also very clean and had a lot of dishes and cookware, which is great for us because we cook a lot. The furniture in the townhouse was fairly new and comfortable. Towels were fluffy (not all rentals have nice towels!). I would take note of the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor. This staircase is steep and narrow. It is just the way the units are made, so no fault of owner, but these stairs could be an issue for some people. Also there is no central air, the AC is provided by window units which I found to be very noisy. I would turn them off whenever possible. It seems about half the units in this complex have the same type of window units, just based on visual look. Jack and Jill bath but each BR has its own sink area, so you are only 'sharing' the shower and toilet. The beach was about 4-5 easy blocks away and we used the wagon in the unit to take our things. We used 90th street beach which is right across from pacific ave per recommendation from the owner. The host was very quick to reply to questions. Easy checkin, just a door code, no going to a rental agency etc.

OC vacay

We had a great week at this condo. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store but tucked away in a quiet community. We reallly enjoyed the pool and the kids had a great time taking our paddle boat in the canal. We would stay here again!
