Grand Caribbean, Unit #417 is located in the heart of Orange Beach. We are just walking distance from the new CoastAL restaurant and outdoor bar!
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit offers a great space for families to enjoy the beach and each other's company. As you walk in, the first bedroom you reach has a queen size, select comfort bed with a tv set up with roku to stream your favorite shows. The 2nd bathroom is right down the hall and features a stand up shower. As you walk through the kitchen into the living room you will be greeted with cathedral ceilings, balcony access and a great view of the white sand beach of Orange Beach. Off of the living room is the master suite. This master suite has a king size bed, balcony access as well as the same cathedral ceilings in the living room. Attached is the master en suite with a tub/shower combination.
Back in the living/kitchen area is a wonderful spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs loft. This loft features 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a tv with streaming services. This is an excellent space for the kids to play, hangout, and sleep. This unit will easily sleep 8 people.
The views from this unit are incredible. In the mornings you can watch the sunrise from the balcony over the beach and in the evenings you can watch the sun set over cotton bayou out the back door.
Grand Caribbean features a pool with plenty of room to enjoy the sun, as well as a workout room and grilling area nearby. The grilling area comes with picnic tables and umbrellas so grilling can be an event for the whole family. The back of the parking lot features access to the Cotton Bayou boat launch as well as the Cotton Bayou walking trail.
A Publix grocery story as well as other stores and restaurants are just a 1-minute drive from the parking lot.
The beach is right across the street from this unit with safe, pedestrian access at the traffic light. No more worries about finding and paying for a parking spot.
The condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 7 miles east of Hwy. 59. Please note that parking fees are no longer included in the booking amount but you will be required to register and pay for your vehicle during your stay. The cost is $50/vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

Hosts were amazing. This condo fit our large family perfectly. It had views of the ocean and the lagoon/boat ramp. Covered parking for one car which we loved because it was raining when we first arrived and unloaded and the elevator was right behind our assigned parking which was amazing. They also have luggage carts right there to load everything on to. The beach was a really short walk across the road and anything we wanted to do was a short drive. The king size mattress slept like a dream. I needed to call once when the door would not lock and the owner answered right away. We will definitely try to stay there again!

Good times at a great place

We had a great time in OB, the location was perfect around close restaurants, grocery and right across the beach with a beach view and bay view. The kids loved the loft and our overall stay was great!

Family stay

The condo provided all requirements that we wanted. As stated in other reviews, the washer/dryer, carpet, kitchen and master bathroom definitely needs repairs. But, the condo was clean and served its purpose. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay up until right before check out time. This was an unfortunate circumstance where there was a miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the cleaning company. The cleaner was supposed to be cleaning a different unit in the same complex at that time. However, as soon as the cleaner entered the unit and saw there were people in there, she apologized and immediately exited. The cleaner said at no point did she enter a bedroom.

It wasnt completely spotless. But stuff is always missed at any condo we have stayed at. A couple small things werent cleaned well. The thermostat was almost impossible to find, but the manager amswered quickly to help us find it. Have stayed at the grand carribean before. Was really roomy for the 8 we had in our party. Just really needed a place to eat dinner and crash after leaving another place. Quick booking! Just be aware, parking passes arent included.

Great stay

We enjoyed our time at this unit! It’s right across the street from the beach making it easy to get there. We chose to drive to the beach and it was $10 a day to park. Get there early on the weekends because the lot fills up quickly! The unit has nice amenities that made the stay comfortable and felt more like home. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, needed lots of updating in condo. Did not have dish liquid to wash dishes. No extras of toilet paper or soap. Would have made the stay a little bit easier knowing all of this was missing. Grounds were great.

Perfect location!

Very good location. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Some stores you can even walk to. Well taken care of complex. Beach is right across the street! Only about 10 min from the Florida state line as well which we loved the beaches in Pensacola as well. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The property is located between the beach and a boat launch. Perfect if you're bringing a boat. Also perfect if you just go hang out at the beach. Public access is directly across the street. Not far from food and fun!

Our Vacation

Property was nice easy and conveniently placed just right across from the beach. However beach parking has a fee. There is a busy highway to cross if you would like to walk. With having children we chose to drive. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Condo and location

It was very nice and clean , it was in a great location for going out with the kids , over looking the beach and a night out on the town . I would recommend this place again . Condo was furnished with everything u need . Only thing I seen it needed is more kitchen hand towels and more toilet paper, for larger family’s . But really enjoyed my stay .

Great location and great property

Check-in was a breeze, condo was as described, and our overall stay was good. One of the bathtubs did have mold in it but we travel with our own cleaning supplies so we cleaned it up and moved forward. No other issues. Host was very responsive to my questions regarding a 3rd parking pass.

Per the HOA President, we should get a full refund for the condition of this unit.

We should have not even stayed in this unit under its conditions & the unit should be shut down. Mold & mildew is very dangerous & that’s all we breathed in when in our condo but where else we were supposed to go having already spent the money.

We're so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our condo:( We did respond immediately to the message stating that, if the unit was not cleaned correctly, we would send a cleaner out to re-clean your unit again and refund the cleaning fee. The guest did not contact us until their stay was almost complete, a few days after their arrival. There was no evidence of any type of hazardous elements during the stay. However, we did have a professional company do an entire cleaning of the condo after checkout out just to be safe. We also refunded the cleaning fee to the guest. If you are ever unhappy with your stay at unit 417, please let us know immediately and we will rectify the problem immediately. We have not had any complaints from the multiple guests we had over the summer and we hope to have a great summer next year as well!

The property owners were very communcative and very accomodating as far as getting the proper paperwork straightened out and the check in check out instructions. I was not aware (until check in information was sent) that the property was in fact across the street as that was not clear in the original posting. It was a short distance away but a further walk then i had anticipated with young children haha. we did have to clean the counters and the floor when we checked in there were smashed strawberries in the 'living room' and stains on the bunk bed sheets/floor. but overall it is a nice place and the owners were very nice about it.

As soon as we walked in noticed all the stains on the living room carpet and master bedroom The dryer had rust on top and when we used it it left so much lint all over our clothes due to the lent dryer not having a screen door When I used the dishwasher the water came up from sink and would not go down not even the garbage disposal was working to get the water to go down so we couldn’t use the sink or dishwasher The unit needs updating I was very disappointed with the dirty carpet because I didn’t see the stains when I booked online so just made the place feel very dirty and not taken care off Really wasted my money on this unit I took pictures as well

The guest did not make us aware of the issue with the dishwasher and sink until they checked out of the unit, so we were unable to resolve this issue for them. After they left, we repaired the dishwasher and garbage disposal. The garbage disposal did not turn on due to the guests throwing large pieces of jalapeño pepper with the stem and can tabs into the disposal, causing the blades to jam. Once the garbage disposal was unnamed due to the guest negligence, the sink drained and the dishwasher ran with zero issues. They also did not say anything about the rust on the dryer or the issues they had with the lint, this review is the first we are hearing of this issue. They did inform us of the stains on the carpet, and since then the carpet stains have been cleaned. Unfortunately it is not possible to shampoo carpets between each guest, which is why we ask guests to please clean up any spills they may have in the carpet during their stay to cut down on the stains.
