Grand Caribbean 417 - Gulf and Bayou Views with white sandy beaches

Grand Caribbean, Unit #417 is located in the heart of Orange Beach. We are just walking distance from the new CoastAL restaurant and outdoor bar!
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit offers a great space for families to enjoy the beach and each other's company. As you walk in, the first bedroom you reach has a queen size, select comfort bed with a tv set up with roku to stream your favorite shows. The 2nd bathroom is right down the hall and features a stand up shower. As you walk through the kitchen into the living room you will be greeted with cathedral ceilings, balcony access and a great view of the white sand beach of Orange Beach. Off of the living room is the master suite. This master suite has a king size bed, balcony access as well as the same cathedral ceilings in the living room. Attached is the master en suite with a tub/shower combination.
Back in the living/kitchen area is a wonderful spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs loft. This loft features 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a tv with streaming services. This is an excellent space for the kids to play, hangout, and sleep. This unit will easily sleep 8 people.
The views from this unit are incredible. In the mornings you can watch the sunrise from the balcony over the beach and in the evenings you can watch the sun set over cotton bayou out the back door.
Grand Caribbean features a pool with plenty of room to enjoy the sun, as well as a workout room and grilling area nearby. The grilling area comes with picnic tables and umbrellas so grilling can be an event for the whole family. The back of the parking lot features access to the Cotton Bayou boat launch as well as the Cotton Bayou walking trail.
A Publix grocery story as well as other stores and restaurants are just a 1-minute drive from the parking lot.
The beach is right across the street from this unit with safe, pedestrian access at the traffic light. No more worries about finding and paying for a parking spot.
The condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 7 miles east of Hwy. 59. Please note that parking fees are no longer included in the booking amount but you will be required to register and pay for your vehicle during your stay. The cost is $50/vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.
