Forget your worries in this serene comfortable space. Just 3 blocks from Spring Lake beach and few streets from Spring Lake downtown, this beautiful beach house is located on a quiet street. With plenty of rooms and space for family and friends to enjoy, this custom built house is available for you to rent: Large kitchen together with dining and living room area, all new appliances, deck off the dining room, cabana in the backyard with a 75 inches TV, Fire pit and Adirondack chairs, 5 Bedrooms, exercise room (including Peloton, the Mirror, Nordictrack treadmill), 6.5 bathrooms (including outside shower), attic with 2 couches and fun video games (80s arcade games and a dome hockey), and not to forget, an upstairs Balcony with a continuous breeze from the beach. Rental includes 5 beach badges, beach chairs and umbrella, Grill, 2 bicycles, and all utilities. Saturday to Saturdays. No Pets. No smoking/no vaping on premises.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Spring Lake. The house is spacious and clean and great for hanging out with the family. Highly recommend.

A Shore Getaway

Newly built home that has obviously received a lot of TLC from its owners, whom by the way, were wonderful to meet. We appreciated the overall cleanliness of the home and convenience it provided in terms of its location to the beach and the wedding we attended in Spring Lake. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit the Jersey Shore.

Perfect stay in beautiful Spring Lake

This was a beautiful home for our week long stay in Spring Lake. There was more than enough room for a family of six staying overnight, and for family gatherings of 12 guests. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The kids loved the third floor game room!Parking was easy, and the street is quiet and peaceful. It was convenient to the beach. The hosts were wonderful. So friendly and quickly responsive to any questions we had but also gave us space to enjoy the week. Thank you for this rental! Many special family memories were made during our stay here.

Wonderful Home

The house is new and cleanly with lots of space. The check-in process was clear and simple and everything you need to know about the house is laid out for you in an organized fashion when you arrive. The owners are a pleasure to speak with and truly want you to have an amazing stay. Overall this is a beautiful home and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to vacation at the Jersey Shore.

Fantastic stay in Spring Lake

Our family (three generations) had a wonderful first ever stay at Spring Lake. Paradise and Scott have a wonderful home, perfect for our whole family. They gave us an extremely well prepared introduction to the town and home. The outdoor space was amazing for late afternoon happy hour and games with the kids. Everyone had a comfortable sleeping situation and the kids loved the top floor loft. The town was amazing. We'd walk into town in the morning and easily park close to the beach in the afternoon. Would love to return again!

Beautiful home. Great location!

Very spacious, beautiful home! The house was built in 2022, so everything is new and modern. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of space. The kids loved playing in the backyard. Lots of fun amenities. Also, very close to the beach (only 3-4 blocks away) and about a 10-minute walk to downtown. Also, had bikes in the garage and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Would definitely rent this home again!
