Comfortable and Convenient

The Wyndham in Old Town Alexandria was a great “home base” for our 3 day getaway to Alexandria. We arrived early and the staff at the desk were welcoming and helpful. We were able to store our luggage and begin exploring the area. The metro stop was across the street which made our short trip into DC very convenient. The concierge services helped us book interesting tours. The 2 bedroom, two bathroom unit was roomy and comfortable. Everything was in working order and it was well stocked with linens and towels. It was helpful having a full kitchen so we could breakfast in the room. We were excited to hear that some updating is scheduled and look forward to our next stay.

The property is about 2-3 blocks from the King Street Metro and within 1.5 miles of the water. It was clean, comfortable, and as described. It worked for our group of 4 adults.
