Note: Minimum stay is five days. The swimming pool in the unit does not have a heater. There is an unmonitored camera at the entrance before you go upstairs to the condo. During your stay the people that maintain the pool and the plants will be coming to the unit twice per week, and if you are staying over seven days, the maid will be in to clean, the camera is used to monitor the comings and goings of anyone entering the premises.
