Just steps from the sandy shores of St. Augustine, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom retreat comfortably hosts up to 13 guests. Wake each morning to seabirds gliding overhead and fall asleep to the sound of waves. Spend the day boogie boarding, surfing, or splashing in the ocean, then unwind in the in-ground pool, which can be heated or cooled. Lounge poolside, dine al fresco, or sip cocktails on the balconies that span the width of the home. Designed for outdoor enjoyment, Beach Escape also includes a Weber gas grill, patio dining, and an outdoor shower for sandy feet.

Inside, coastal luxury spans three levels. The lower level features a living room with a dry bar, oversized sectional, and 86” Smart TV, plus a foosball and ping-pong area. A queen bedroom opens directly to the pool, with a full bathroom nearby.

The main level boasts a bright open floor plan with three balcony doors and a large sectional facing a 65” Smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island, and a custom-made 13-foot dining table for memorable meals. A king ensuite bedroom and sea-inspired bathroom with walk-in shower are also on this floor.

Upstairs are four additional ensuite bedrooms. Three feature ocean views and balcony access. The elegant primary bedroom includes a king bed, 70” Smart TV, seating area, and spa-like bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and clawfoot tub. Two more bedrooms offer queen beds, and the fourth is perfect for kids with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle.

Each bedroom (except the bunk room) includes a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. Fresh towels and a full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
