Welcome Home to the Lost Sierra!

-Two bedrooms, two full baths and backyard casita
-Primary suite featuring spa tub, gas fireplace, king bed and vaulted ceilings.
-Second bedroom with queen bed
-Private family room with queen bed and privacy curtain
-Backyard casita features bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top
(both bathrooms are in main house, short walk from the casita into the house)
* we do not recommend sleeping in the casita in winter **

- Ready for the holidays with exterior lights and a Christmas Tree inside

- Two large snow tubes included for the nearby sled hill

-Wooded and quiet neighborhood on the Plumas Pines Golf Course. This home will make a great base camp for all your Lost Sierra adventures. Walking distance to golfing and a short drive to town and endless trail heads and lakes. Dine in town, take the kids to the mill pond, mountain bike at Mills Peak, kayak or paddle board at nearby lakes. XC ski and snowshoe trails within five miles of the house. We even have snow tubes for the sledding hill. This is a vacation paradise.

-This home is perfect for everyone: solo traveler, couples, friends and family. Cozy enough for two with extra spaces to make it comfortable for up to eight guests. We have dining space for up to 10 both indoors and out. Pack and play and high chair are always available for little guests. Primary suite would be a great place for a couples retreat or to gather for bridal party hair and makeup.

-Plenty of room for friends and family. Home is over 1700 square feet with a backyard casita and additional queen bed tucked privately away in the family room.

-All new bath and bedding and high thread count sheets.

-Recently updated with tankless hot water heater, no running out of hot water here!

-Fiber internet, Roku streaming service.

-Working on vacation? Two workstations equipped with double monitors and high speed Ethernet connection up to 250 MPS. Wireless up to 75 MPS. Bring your docking station and laptop.

-Relax on the back deck, fire up the gas grill, shoot some hoops out front, or nap in the extra large hammock.

-Kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops, dishwasher, large stainless fridge, new cookware, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle and so much more.

-Full sized washer and dryer.

-Two car garage and large (50 ft) driveway. Room for small boats or trailers. Bring those dirt bikes and snowmobiles!

- Outdoor security cameras cover the front and rear entrances.

Great Vacation home!

Home is clean and ready go days before check in, and the best part that i really enjoyed was the back yard and small room in the back. So if your planning on working or studying while on vacation this is a great place to choose !

Very nice place, enjoyed our stay. Four senior golfers spent two nights. Sleeping accommodations probably better suited for families as the casita has no bathroom

We really enjoyed this immaculate and beautiful and very well-equipped home. Large back deck with room for plenty of guests. Nice, quite hood, We enjoyed our visit to Sardine Lakes. The host was responsive and very pleasant. I appreciated the Roku already set up...so much easier than some. We would definitely stay here again!

The yard and house are very large, with plenty of room inside and out. It was comfortable although a bit dated. It was well maintained.The only draw back is the lack of central air. There are window AC's in most rooms but not all.It was in a great location.

Memorable and cozy stay!

We stayed Christmas week at Mara's house in Graeagle. The place was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well provisioned and it was a joy to cook there! We had a great snow day giving us a chance for some excellent snow play in fresh snow next to Jameson Creek. The christmas tree and decorations added an extra touch! We made a lot of fun memories. Thank you Mara!P.S. We worked remotely some days - and the wifi and internet was great!

Awesome Host

We absolutely loved the home. We were a party of 5 and had plenty of room. When we arrived, the home was heated and already felt like home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked for anything you may have forgotten. The garage had plenty of storage to store luggage, and hang any snow gear you may need to dry. Mara is a super host. Will be returning as soon as we get another chance to visit the lost Sierras.

The house was clean and well equipped for a lovely get away. Mara was an excellent host and responsive to communication. The neighbors drive a little too fast past the house at 6-6:30am in their giant diesel trucks. Definitely not the hosts fault. Thank you for a great getaway.

Large comfortable Deck

We had a wonderful time. House had everything you will need and more. Beds so comfortable, just the right amount of blankets. Loved the plushy bath towels. We enjoyed the large deck and comfortable furniture. The owner is very accommodating.
