Our modern 1620 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home is the perfect getaway for your group. We pride ourselves in making this home a place you’ll want to come back to when visiting Reno.
As soon as you enter you’ll see a stunning dining room with large wooden table and 6 leather chairs - perfect for family dinners or hosting friends. As you round the corner, you see an open kitchen with a large island and 4 barstools. The kitchen has modern countertops and stainless steel appliances. The vibrant living room has modern decor / furniture and a large 50” smart TV (Free Apple TV & Netflix). Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable, plush beds / bedding and plenty of closet space.
Sip your morning coffee out on the private patio while you take in the breathtaking views the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Kitchen and family room are spacious and well equipped. Master bed/bath was very nice and the other two bedrooms were fine as well. Having a garage to pull into was convenient. Will stay there again when in the area

This house was clean and comfortable and ln a quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store and other shopping. Sufficient supplies were provided in the kitchen, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc in the bathroom, and laundry room with detergent supplied. We had a great host, Patrick, who kept in touch and assisted us with our questions and needs. Thanks, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Oasis in the City
This was such a great property to stay in. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to shopping and amenities. The layout of the home was great, and the hosts were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we're in town.

We had an amazing stay in Reno! The house was very clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. Patrick was excellent at communicating with us throughout our stay. Would love to stay here again!

As advertised...
This property is just as advertised...clean, comfortable and great location in south Reno. All the amenities you would need to have a relaxing evening after a day out in the city or enjoying the outdoors.

My family and I were in Reno to attend Graduation at UNR and we were able to stay in this beautiful home that supplied everything we needed. The home was conveniently located to Downtown Reno and the UNR. Patrick was an exceptional Host and we highly recommend this VRBO.
