Absolutely loving cottage to stay to visit our daughter at UNR for Easter. Owner was so great at communicating and so thoughtful in the amenities in the house. She even left chocolate Easter eggs for the kids to find! We will be staying here again in the future!

Ann Marie has thought of ABSOLUTELY everything. First of all, the Plum Tree Cottage is darling. It is the perfect getaway for two couples or a girls/boys getaway. The gated parking is really nice; location is walkable to downtown and river. The kitchen is fully stocked; beautiful linens and towels. We will be back!
Beautifully remodeled but kept the charm. Super clean and comfortable. It was fun watching our 7’ son maneuver around the quaint cottage!

We absolutely loved staying at the Plum Tree Cottage. So true to 1914 cottage living with lovely antiques throughout. The front yard was so relaxing to sit and enjoy coffee under the Plum tree and loving the Sunflowers everywhere. The house was appointed beautifully. Xtra large towels for the shower for all guests.Large screen TV in every room, kitchen fully loaded with all coffee tea service and cooking utensils. It was a quiet neighborhood, and 5 minutes to downtown Reno for dining. Fenced in yard for parking in the back accommodated 4 vehicles. Will enjoy this property again.Ann, the host was always available to answer any questions or concerns within minutes. Very comfortable- highly recommend this VRBO beauty.

Beautiful historic home. Host was helpful and prompt. She even had pet care items and children's toys ready for us. She supplied a crib and high chair which made the stay much smoother. One minor note to travelers is that the neighborhood around the home is fairly run down and not the safest. But the home locked well and had external gates with plenty of cameras only externally so we did not feel unsafe at all in the home. This place truly felt like a haven! We were able to easily find any appliances we need. The game room had a ps5, the TV had access to streaming channels, and the AC was very effective. Would stay here again!
