Welcome to Water's Edge!

Water's Edge is a 6 BR/5 BA 2 level home that is directly on the beach. It is appointed with high end furnishings and finishes. This spacious 3400+ sq ft home features travertine tile in all common areas and bathrooms as well as natural stone tile in all showers. The living areas and bedrooms are enhanced by natural light that filters in from all sides through Anderson windows and doors. The open floor plan combines the living and dining areas with the well-appointed kitchen, making family gatherings comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, an ice machine, plus extra drink refrigerator. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and the nearby bar seats 4.

The beach side master bedroom suite on the second floor has a direct gulf view, a 28' beach front deck, a sitting area, a king sized bed and a full private bath featuring a jetted tub, a separate shower with dual shower heads, double sinks and a walk-in closet. The second master on the first floor has a beautiful lagoon view, a king sized bed, a full private bath featuring a jetted tub, a separate shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. The other 4 bedrooms include a king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk room with 4 bunk beds. Five of the six bedrooms have decks which are perfect for enjoying the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! All bedrooms have 32'-42' plasma or LCD TVs. All of the bathrooms have natural soapstone counter tops and the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The ground level entry and foyer provides easy access to the upper levels as well as the beach. The central focus of the 1st floor is the large living room which features a large gulf front deck, a 70LCD HDTV, two full couches, two arm chairs for your viewing comfort. In the living room your hosts provide a Hi-Fi home theater system through which you can integrated your iPod or play your CDs. The home is also equipped with an elevator, a laundry facility, outdoor grill, seating area an outdoor shower and Wi-Fi.

This is a non-smoking home that will comfortable occupy 16 guests. We rent to student groups and wedding parties only after approval by owner.

Water's Edge is located approximately 2.5 miles west of Hwy 59. We feature a state of the art keyless entry system that eliminates the need to pick up and return keys - a unique code will be generated for your visit and emailed or faxed to you after full payment is made.
