Fully remodeled contemporary brick ranch in a prime location—perfect for large groups! Minutes to Downtown Littleton and 20 minutes to Downtown Denver. Quick access to I-25, C-470, and I-70 makes exploring Colorado a breeze. Close to Swedish, Craig, and Littleton hospitals. The Denver Tech Center is just 10 minutes away, and you're only an hour from the nearest ski slopes or Colorado Springs! The University of Denver is 6.8 miles away. Enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options!

The main floor has 3 bedrooms; one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. Pack and Play crib available as well as a high chair that fits on a chair. Main floor bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/shower combo. Dream kitchen with gas stove and everything needed to cook meals when you want to stay in. Cute breakfast nook and separate dining area for 4. Cozy living room with a television and electric fireplace. The basement has an additional bedroom with a queen bed and desk. Huge living room with super comfy couch and television. The basement also has a room to stretch or practice yoga. Additional bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. Great Vacay

This was our first time to Colorado and it was one of the best trips we have ever had. Not only was Colorado amazing but this house was too. Very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too!

Perfect getaway

My wife and I were in the area for a quick anniversary getaway and this was the perfect home away from home. Convenient to the things we wanted to do, super comfy, fenced backyard for our pup… Super responsive hosts. What’s not to like? Definitely recommended.

Wedding weekend

Wonderful home for our family while we enjoyed the wedding festivities! Excellent location to everything we needed and close to the venue Mountain Crust. Owners were great. We enjoyed our stay.

Felt like home

We loved our stay! It was clean and well stocked with almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter. Everywhere we needed to go was only about a 30 min or less drive. It was a quiet neighborhood. My kids loved having their own area downstairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Red Rocks Weekend

Great space with plenty of bedrooms, spacious kitchen, great living areas upstairs and down. Nice central location for our plans while visiting the area and an easy drive to Red Rocks. Plenty of dining and grocery options nearby.

Wedding

We stayed in the house for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great. Near to everything. Very walkable neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my daughter’s dog. My only comment is the mattress in the twin bed room and downstairs , I was told we’re not comfortable and creeked. Otherwise awesome rental.

It was pretty good

A bedroom wasn't fully cleaned under bed. The fridge water spicket was leaking and water was all over kitchen floor by fridge. Only two rolls of toilet paper for whole house and one garbage bag. The spindles on the stair well are loose and if you have children be careful as they break away easily. Over all though the property was nice and for the short time we were there it met our needs. Not happy about paying as much as we did considering the state of the property at the time and the lack of toilet/clean supplies.

Wedding in Denver

It was a lovely place. I loved the open concept that allows you to see everything from the kitchen. The downstairs couch was very comfortable. The washer and dryer are excellent. The downstairs in general was a great private area for our son, his wife and their babies. The entire house was very comfortable and in a good location. We appreciated the laundry and dishwasher pods. I would recommend this house to a family that likes to be together and yet enjoy their own space. usIttouch.touch.though

Our Host was helpful and responsive. The home is cozy and well maintained. We really loved the split floor sleeping and living areas that allowed various family activities and privacy in a cozy home. Thanks for making are visit and stay cozy and welcomed.

Daughter’s wedding and vacation

The property was perfect for my family. It was clean, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to be able to cook in instead of eating out. Plenty of shopping nearby. Near the wedding site in Littleton. Though Denver is a great city, it was nice not to be in constant hubbub.

Convenient Littleton Location

Met our needs for long weekend. House and fenced yard was a lot bigger than we thought. Yard great for our dogs to roam safely. Convenient location to most of Southwest Metro area. Bring all of your own bathroom supplies!

Nice stay

The owner was very communicative and helped fix the wifi issues right away. The house has a few quirks - doors that don't fully shut, colder in some areas than others, etc but it was nice overall while we waited for our house to be worked on!

Will and Jen are almost local to Colorado, grew up in Colorado Springs and then moved to the Denver area! We love Colorado, we raised our kids here and love to visit the mountains - winter AND summer! We love hosting and are happy to help you with any of your travel needs.

We love this area of the Denver Metro area, it's quiet and feels like home but it's close to everything, local hot spots like Downtown Littleton, Southglenn with dining and shopping is less than 5 minutes away. Our daughter went to DU and it's only 6 miles away. Easy access to the freeway system to get to the mountains to ski or to Colorado Springs to climb Pikes Peak - centrally located and convenient.

We just remodeled the house from top to bottom and everything is brand new. The kitchen is a dream... all new stainless steel appliances including a 36 inch gas stove, perfect to stay in and cook dinner and have a glass of wine on the back patio! We are also super close to parks and the Highline Canal walking path.
