Relax and have fun in the sun in one of Naples Park's largest vacation homes. This newly updated home has a spacious open floor plan, along with 3 large bedrooms is perfect for multiple families traveling together or couples. The living room features an over-sized sectional and 65 inch TV. The open concept kitchen has granite counter tops and has seating for four at the breakfast bar plus a dining area that seats up to 7. There is an additional seating area for gathering and relaxing around the kitchen.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. The kids "suite" includes 2 twin beds and a bonus room with a day-bed, pull out trundle and desk space for remote-working.

Perfectly situated with a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to world class Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins state park.
Naples newest shopping and fine dining center, the Mercato is less than 5 minutes away. Looking for some additional luxury during your stay, the Ritz-Carlton and La Playa beach resort are minutes away offering beach side five star dining, luxury spas and golf.

This home has all you need to enjoy yourself with no worries about what to pack! There is a fully equipped kitchen, outside propane grill, fire pit, bikes, beach chairs, towels, cooler, and beach cart. Traveling with children? We have a pack n play and high chair for your convenience.

Nice setup for multiple couples

We enjoyed our visit. Place had bikes for convenience to beach and laid out well for multiple couples. Would recommend!

Great stay

We had a great few days with two families staying. Spacious kitchen, two seating areas- perfect for one group chatting while another relaxed in front of the screen. The house comes with plenty of bath and beach towels as well as a very well kitted out kitchen. We enjoyed bike rides to the beach and a glass of wine by the fire pit in the evening. There is still a little work to be done in the kitchen (the cabinetry facade is loose by the sink) and some small repairs needed but Sara was extremely responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We came to Naples to spend the holidays with the family. This property allowed us all to be together

When we walked in, the property was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. It was very clean, it was very nice to have two different seating areas. We were able to play games in the family room and have other conversations going on near the kitchen. We found the kitchen to be stocked with all of the tools we needed to host one night with everybody. There were 14 of us for dinner one night, and everybody had a seat. Our host, Sara even left out cute Christmas trays and plates and napkins for us to use! That was very thoughtful. One day we rode bikes around the neighborhood and down to the beach. The neighborhood seemed to be a nice mix of residents and other VRBO’s and it was very quiet during our stay. We felt at home in this house, and it was perfect for our family.
