Beautiful ocean view apartment located in Fajardo, the east coast of Puerto Rico (45 Mins from San Juan). The location is ideal, being minutes away from some of the most gorgeous beaches the island has to offer, whether it's a romantic getaway or a family vacation. The apartment has views that overlook the smaller Caribbean Islands and Cays. 5 minutes away from Las Croabas, Seven Seas Beach, Bioluminescent Bay, & Fajardo's Lighthouse. 15 minutes away from the ferry in Ceiba.

Everything about this condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view is just amazing and the pool was just a plus! But, aside from all the great amneties we are so delighted and grateful for our wonderful host. Denise was amazing! Very informative giving us great recommendations and truly worked with us from the beginning. We are beyond grateful to her for allowing us to check in early that Tuesday am. Our flight was delayed 4 times due to weather conditions and needless to say we didn't land until the next day at 2am! Rather than having us wait till 2pm Denise allowed us to check-in by 6:30am. In addition, the property also has an amazing staff who welcomed us with open arms especially Keyshla! Extremely happy we made this choice so much that we plan to return next spring.

First off it was an amazing location. It was ocean view and being able to see other little islands was spectacular. As for the room, it wasn’t clean and outdated. The floor was dirty. I stood here for almost a week and the bedroom ceiling light/fan did not work. I reached out to Denise (host) to make her aware I bought batteries for that ceiling light/fan remote and still did not work. She stated that there were electrical issues in the area. Mind you the ac and all the other lights were working. Which made no sense. My son slept on the sofa bed and there were no extra sheets/covers for him to utilize. The bedroom bed was hard and the pillows were not comfortable either. Mind you this is my first time staying at an AIR B N B. My stay here put a stain on my future choices.

Reconnection 2025

- It was somewhat difficult to get a hold of the propeety manager at times. They may need sone asaistance in order to respond sooner.- Most overall the room was clean, but the fabric on the bed headboard needs cleaning or a change. Pillows need a change. Theyre out of ahape and incomfortable. Toulet paper is very cheap brand and too rough.- Need detailed instructions for keys at checkout, just like for check-in.Other than these, it was a pleasant stay.

Great apartment

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Denise was very quick to respond and everything was clean and organized. We did require maintenance at one point and Denise quickly got them in contact with us. Recommend to anyone looking to stay at a place with beautiful views and easy access to great places.

Great place to stay

The property is clean and spacious. Had outstanding views of the ocean and mountains. It has all ameneties that you need. Felt very safe at all times. We had water backup issue in the bathtub and the owner immediately responded and addressed the issue. The sofa did not feel clean enough and pulling out the sofabed was not easy. The pots and pans non-stick coating is peeling off, and had to avoid using them.

Bright, sunny, relaxing

The condo was bright/sunny and we really enjoyed he view of the water and the marina. It was a bonus to have use of the pool which was never very crowded.Denise answered all our questions very timely and was extremely helpful.

Wonderful Time

Location is awesome as you have a beautiful view of the ocean and the marina. There are several restaurants and bars nearby. The unit is a little bit outdated but it's very clean and well maintained. Again, the view from the balcony is awesome. We would definitely stay here again in the near future.

I am writing to share details of my recent vacation in Fajardo. The picturesque views and delicious meals we enjoyed were truly amazing. We were able to admire the beautiful sea life from our balcony, setting the stage for what we hoped would be a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a significant concern that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. During our stay, we encountered a severe roach infestation in our accommodation, along with fecal matter and sewage in the tub. The unsanitary conditions, particularly in the bedroom and kitchen, were distressing, especially for my daughter, who is currently pregnant. This situation led to severe nausea and discomfort, necessitating relocation to alternative lodging on the last night. Despite our efforts to address the issue with the owners, we were left with no choice but to seek alternative accommodation on our final night due to the unhygienic environment. The unexpected financial burden of securing a new hotel room at $340.00 per night added to our distress. Although the owners partially reimbursed us with $540.00, it would not cover the full extent of our expenses had we stayed in a hotel, leaving us in a challenging position. The owners' final response, which included accusations of causing financial losses and leaving the property in disarray, was disheartening, especially considering their initial hospitality and concern.

Fabulous Place to Stay for Activities involving Natural Beauty of the Island

This condo is peaceful with a gorgeous view from the 23rd floor balcony: ocean, marina & mountains. My family with kids age 8 and 11 definitely preferred this location to the city. The living room is large, even when the sofa bed is pulled out. You can actually catch a glimpse of manatees and sea turtles if you look into the ocean far below for a while. The amenities at the condo complex are quite lovely. We enjoyed the pool (very large, not crowded, with a view of the mountains). The owner provides a basketball, tennis racquet & balls to use onsite. I also enjoyed my sunrise walks on the paths within the community (gated, safe). And there is coin-operated laundry on the ground floor. The owner was very responsive throughout. We had a toilet clog once and she sent someone over to fix it in less than half an hour. This is a great location if you want to do things like snorkeling boat cruises, bio bay, zip lining, or waterfalls in the rain forest. Fajardo is close to all of these things. We did drive to San Juan for the El Morro Fort and kayaking in Condado Lagoon. The beaches near here are awesome, too - Luquillo was probably our favorite. But Seven Seas is highly recommended as well. Both of them have public showers (important for the kids to wash out the sand). The owner provides two beach chairs & beach towels, which came in very handy. Check-in: If you come in on a red-eye, getting in the first time can be difficult. Guard opens gate only after they talk to the owner.
