Welcome to Emerald Spot FL's Edgewater condo. Located on the 10th floor of the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, your vacation experience will be unmatched in this full remodeled, completely upgraded, gorgeous beachfront beauty.

Inside the condo, you'll enjoy two bedrooms and ample space and sleeping quarters for 8 guests (sorry, no pets). The living room boasts floor to ceiling windows for a view so amazing, you may not leave the condo. A smart TV, HD and cable provide all you need for inside entertainment (if you can tear your eyes from the view), and complimentary private wifi keeps you connected.

Our kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional with all you need for meals, snacks and drinks. There are all new appliances and bar seating as well as a view of the Gulf. The dining table for 4 rounds out our seating for 7.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite upgraded bathroom with walk-in shower, Smart TV, large closet and ample storage space. The second bedroom has a full size bed plus a twin-over-full bunk to sleep a total of 5. Our custom bunk nook in the living area offers 2 more spots for sleeping, and rounding out the bed options is a sleeper sofa. A second upgraded bathroom is off the living area and includes a tub/shower combo.

A private balcony has comfy seating and overlooks the stunning lagoon pool with lush greenery and waterfalls which all sit beside acres of Gulf front that are part of the resort.

We take cleanliness seriously--now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are professionally laundered between all guest stays. Our floors are triple cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety is a priority.
