Literally the best VRBO hosts ever. Very communicative and the property was super clean and looked just like the photos. They sent emails ahead of time so had everything lined up and ready to go on check in day. They let us know we could check in early the day of and checked in a couple times during the week to make sure we were good. They beach chairs were awesome and we used them each day. Great VRBO and even better hosts. I can't say enough good things about this property. 10/10.

Very clean unit that is also very much modernized. Has everything you need! The games are a welcome addition as well. Our family has been to Edgewater 3 of the last 4 years and this is by far the best unit we’ve been in.

Great stay

We had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom beach themed and well stocked condo. Great view of the beach and gulf. Lots of amenities and close to the pier for fishing. The onsite restaurant was convenient after a day at the beach. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

Absolutely loved this condo. Super clean and would stay again! The only minor thing was that the showers did not get really hot, but totally worth the stay.

Great condo for your family vacation! Fantastic views, near many great restaurants and activities, and the parking lot was easier than a parking garage. All the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and comfy family room furniture. Great week!

Gorgeous sunset view on the balcony. Loved the beach. Oceans, onsite restaurant, great food. Burgers, shrimp, pizza and fries. Thank you for letting us stay in your well equipped condo.

Family Beach Vacation

Beautiful condo! Well supplied & very clean. The resort is very large & I was skeptical the pools & beach would be crowded but was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t an issue @ all. And I believe the Edgewater Resort has the quickest elevators in PCB! The owners were super easy to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Panama City Beach Allen Family Vacation

Thank you so much for the time at your beautiful condo. It was a week of making memories before my daughter heads back to college and son gets back into junior year. Great resort with multiple pools and amenities. Restaurants galore surround this place with multiple being water front. Highly recommend this condo.
