Beautiful Lakefront Home with Private Association Beach Access
Large, beautiful, newly renovated home right on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Huge yard in private gated community. Access to private association beach and tennis courts. Amazing views from property! Tons of space!
The property has 5 bedrooms, with 3 of them having en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a studio apartment over the garage that is separate from the main house, attached through a breezeway.
We do not allow more than 10 people on the property at a time (that includes any guests coming to visit for the day) and there are no big parties allowed. Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 10pm on the weekdays and 11pm on the weekends.
We would love to host your family and friends at our little piece of paradise on the lake :).
