Perfect for our family holiday and Olympics competitions!! The pole barn, pool and fire pit were a blast! Adults and kids alike had their own space lots of areas to play. Would highly recommend for large groups and families! Dutch market next door for pies & ice cream and a few minutes from the beaches restaurants and shops but far enough out to have privacy. Great hosts with solid communication!

We very much enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The old phots and history of the place was fascinating. There was plenty of space for the 15 of us. The 3 teen boys especially appreciated the arcade machines and ping pong table. The pool was a wonderful feature on the hot days. There was plenty to do in nearby towns - but nice to have the quiet, peaceful scenery to come back to. It was great that beautiful Lake Michigan was close by.Chase responded quickly and was communicative. The place had been cleaned well! Kitchen was well appointed.

The huge saltwater pool was a favorite feature. Almost half of it was shallow enough for our 6-year-old to enjoy, yet the deep end was probably 9 feet deep (and no chlorine smell!) A pool bathroom in the garage (complete with urinal) was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed the usable 3 car garage and unpictured 4 season room also. 2 ground floor in-suite bathrooms were much appreciated. There weren't really enough seats in the living room for all 9 of us, but we expected that from the photos. The sofa left a little to be desired also. Beds had pillow toppers. Bath towels and paper products were in abundance and there were plenty of hooks to hang wet things on in the master. There are some slightly uneven floors, but my 90-year-old parents navigated the step-up or step-down between rooms without issue. Whenever I contacted the host over a few minor issues (like really slow coffee pots), he was quick to respond and sought to fix them promptly (like providing new coffee pots.) The location was convenient to the area and quiet. There is a nearby beach as well.

This house was huge! Cleanliness was good in the rooms and it seemed to have pretty much whatever we needed. The barn had some Arcade and table games that were a little older, but they most definitely added to the enjoyment of the stay. Unfortunately it was still cold when we stayed so the pool wasn’t in play, but my large group still had plenty to do to keep everyone happy. The large kitchen had plenty of space to bring in all your food for the stay and to cook dinners for everyone. The appliances were all newer and in good shape as well.

2nd time staying at Chase's home. Great pool, lots of activities and close to South Haven. there were plenty of beds for our group of 10 to sleep comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.

Huge property(it feels like a maze at first). Very well maintained, had all the necessary amenities, utensils, kitchen utensils etc. Everything we needed was well stocked by the owners so did not run out of anything though we were a large group.

Great spot for a large family gathering. It was clean upon arrival with ample space in both the dining room and pool deck for all 23 of us to eat together. Besides the pool, we liked the ping pong table and pickleball court. Lastly, Chase was very responsive in addressing all concerns so that our stay was not negatively impacted.

This property was wonderful and fit all of our needs. We had a good group (12-14) staying all week and had about 40 people gather for a cookout on Sunday. Everyone of all different ages, enjoyed this place! Something for everyone!

We didn't end up using pool as it was cold. But other than that all the entertainments were amazing. Every games we could think of were arranged there !!! we had a great time. Supplies like towels , toilet paper and kitchen utencils were plenty. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to my friends. Already looking forward to go back !

24 People, both adults and children, stayed here for a week. Large grounds for privacy, great pool, large dining areas, and lots of bedrooms. Short drive to town and beaches.

Tons of space, super clean

We were so impressed by the incredible spaciousness of the house and how well maintained it was. Just about everything was provided, making the stay easy. The only thing we needed was conditioner (shampoo & body wash was available in each bathroom). So much fun in the pool, playing yard games, and just enjoying the proximity to South Haven & Saugatuck. Lovely place and the owners were early accessible when needed.

Family gathering

Our family enjoyed the arcades and game barn as well as sitting on the porch with a morning cup of coffee. The pool was absolutely wonderful and was a huge hit with all the kids. There was plenty of space for our large family both sleeping and eating areas. Linens were fresh and soft and beds were most comfortable. Short drive to town. We loved it and had a fantastic time. Hope to come back soon.

Fantastic place to stay with a big faimly-style group

We stayed at this propery for a getaway from the Texas heat. We brought about 15 people (5 families) to experience summertime in Michigan. This place was PERFECT! Plenty of room for all! The kids loved swimming in the heated pool and playing in the basement and the arcade barn. Grownups enjoyed a Euchre tournament on the pool deck, pickleball in the barn, and enjoying the views of deer, turkeys, and sandhill cranes by the firepit. Easy, 10-minute drive to South Haven, which is an absolute gem!

Perfect Thanksgiving

This farmhouse was the perfect place for our extended family of 19, ranging in ages 2-87. Plenty of space for us to enjoy meals and other special times together; and to get space or gather in small groups. Chase excels in communication during your stay.
