The studio is set up well and the Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. We loved the location as it is steps from the beach and the night life. Great set up for a couple people. 👍👍

Convenient and cozy little apartment.

This apartment is in center of everything you will need, short walking distance to the beach. Communication with host was excellent.

The perfect spot

It was an easy process, and the owner is very helpful and easy to work with. He even gave me great suggestions for places to eat. The place was just right for the occassion

Location,location, location

The check in process is smooth, easy to find condo in the complex, it’s pretty quiet for the most part. Victor is very responsive when you ask a question and he handled the parking situation well. The bed is very comfortable. Unit has a well supplied kitchen. As I said the location is great with restaurants and night life within walking distance. Really close to the beach! He provides beach chairs and towels too. Very nice!

The dirtiest place I have been

This was the most disappointing place and it really ruined my vacation. The host was very accommodating to let me check in early but then when we stepped out of the elevator, the nightmare began. The putrid smell in the hallway carpet that led to our apartment was so unbearable that I could only spent three whole hours before vacating the place. I needed up losing almost $600 dollars since the owner refused to give me at least a partial refund and told me that is not his responsibility what happens outside his apartment. His place wasn’t the cleanest either. It had a musty smell and there was mold on ceiling and the bed sheets smelled like wet dog. I really hope that VRBO doesn’t let this happen to another person. Very upsetting experience.
