Welcome to Trapper's Landing 1, a spacious corner townhome featuring 4 bedrooms plus a sleeping den and 3.5 bathrooms. With seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 at the kitchen bar, this home is perfect for a family gathering.
The ground level boasts an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with access to the main balcony and a half bathroom. The living room has a cozy fireplace, perfect for snuggling up in front of.
The walk-out lower level features a cozy sleeping den, the fourth bedroom, a full bathroom, the in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer, and access to the patio with your private hot tub.
The top level includes the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony, as well as the second and third bedrooms and an additional full bathroom.
Enjoy stunning views of the ski runs on Mt. Morrisey from the balconies off both the master bedroom and living room. You might even start your mornings by picking your lines right from the comfort of your home!

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
