Good location

As seniors we wanted a good location to visit downtown and the museum attractions in Bentonville. This unit fit the bill. Would use it agian if we return.

Great get away from the weekend

Beautiful home with modern appliances and good lighting. Beds were comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that there was a massive hair clog in the tub when we got there that made the shower drain slow (we pulled it out) and the thermostat was a little confusing to figure out how to adjust. Everything else was peachy!

Great Property

This property may not have been the nicest to look at on the outside, but once inside, we could easily tell the owners cared about the property & the guest experience. It was clean, updated, comfortable, well stocked with needed nice supplies/linens - everything for a great stay. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Very comfortable, great location!

Very nice apartment, well stocked with essentials & towels. Super comfortable beds. Location is easy access to downtown Bentonville and 5 minutes to 49 for Bella Vista and Rogers. Quiet and private setting. Would absolutely stay again!

Bentonville apartment

Very clean. Easy access to Bentonville and Rogers. Host was responsive to all of my questions and suggestions. I was never able to figure out how to get local TV stations for news and weather on the Roku set, so binge-watched Only Murders in the Building on Hulu.

Centrally located

We accidentally locked bottom door- couldn’t get back in and couldn’t get ahold of management. Had to pay $100 for someone to unlock it. No warning note on check on or sign on door warning renter to NOT LOCK BOTTOM LOCK. Other than that 5stars!

Charming lil spot

Excellent. The apartment was super clean and the location was quiet. It was also close to a main road where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. I would rent again when I’m in town.
