This house is a beautiful true Lakefront property. Enjoy your vacation, kayaking, paddle boarding, relaxing on the patio and watching amazing sunsets, surrounded by trees and nature. Kayak included.
The space
This house is the perfect relaxing home to enjoy on your Central Florida Vacation. The house is located in Little Bear Lake, off 414 (Maitland Boulevard) and offers easy driving access to Costco, Fresh Market, Restaurants and shopping. Driving to Universal Studios, Disney World, Sea World, and other attractions is simple as I-4 is only few miles away. The house features two bedrooms and an office room and two bathrooms. The house has been refurbished. There is one queen size bed in each bedroom, and a third full bed in the office room. The living room has an amazing view of the lake, the kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, refrigerator,
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc. The screened porch feature tables and chairs, and also a courtyard with seating and evening lightning. Both perfect places to sip your morning coffee and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. You will also enjoy the backyard, with lots of mature trees , plants and wild life. An incredible view of Little Bear Lake. You are welcome to enjoy the lake, Kayak included.

A gorgeous view in a great location

Spent the weekend in Orlando with some friends, and this house was in the perfect location from that. Not totally out of the way, but far enough away from all the Disney/Universal stuff that i wasn't drowning in tourists. The view in the backyard is amazing. I spent some time just lounging out there and it was some of the best time I spent on this trip. There was a minor issue with check-in, but the host was very accommodating and communication was great. Really loved this rental and would rent again.

The host was super amazing and friendly. Only problem me and my wife had was the plumbing because of the storms but the host was so helpful and fast about having someone come and fix it that i wouldn't feel right if i didnt give this host and her property 5 stars. I will be back guaranteed

Lovely Home

I had a chance to meet Margarita. She was a wonderful & sweet host. She responded to all of my questions. The house is cute & cozy with a great lake view. It was well stocked with everything we needed. There were stores nearby within a short driving distance. We truly enjoyed our stay & hope to return in the near future.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

For our visit to see family and friends it is a good location. Very convenient to the roads you use to get around Orlando. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated and appointed. The only suggestion I would make would be to have a couple of chests in the bedrooms for storing clothes while in the house. Plenty of closet space for hanging clothes. We will stay here again when we need a place in this part of Orlando.

The property and home are “tired” and need some repairs and updating. The yard could be very nice with some new landscaping. The outdoor furniture (table and chairs) needs to be disposed of as they are very old, torn, and unusable. Margarita is a nice lady, but needs to react quicker to problems.

Comfortable and Accommodating

We had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy and comfortable. Although the home does show it's age in places, it accommodated our every need. The temperature, comfortable beds and quiet rooms made for a very good nights' sleep. The location was convenient to anything we needed. You can hear a bit of traffic noise from the busy street but the backyard by the lake is peaceful and private with amazing sunsets. We enjoyed fishing and caught fish every time we tried. (We brought our own poles.) A less than 5 star rating is given on the property description because it does not have a hot tub. We were a bit concerned about the capacity of the septic tank because of warnings not to flush large quantities of paper, but had no trouble with plumbing at all. Overall, unbeatable value. We will be back!

Very clean and comfortable with lovely screen room with view of the lake.

Love the house and very comfortable bedding. Nice kitchen with everything I needed. I would stay there again. Nice bike trail close to the house.

Good Location

We have found the house to be comfortable and very accommodating in have family and guests to come and visit. The screened porch and the outside sitting area is a good place to sit and visit with our friends. If you want a place convenient to the Interstate, the Turnpike and the toll roads that will help you avoid traffic this is a good area to stay in. Our second time to stay this year.

Great property in great location!

We enjoyed our stay here! Nice size home, clean, beautiful setting on the lake. My husband and son and his friend thoroughly enjoyed using the kayak to fish on the lake. The home itself is comfortable and just roomy enough. Easy to get to major roads but yet on a more quiet street, and the Interstate is easy to access nearby. The only thing to note, hence my 4 stars, is the septic tank. The owner is very accommodating, and obviously it is not something she can help, but if there is lots of recent rain, etc, you have to be very conscious of how much toilet paper you use, how many showers are taken or how many loads of laundry are done, and so on. We didn't have any problems, but towards the end of the stay, we did hear water starting to gurgle in the tub drains, as if it was starting to back up. Again, this is common in low lying areas like Florida when there has been a lot of rain, so it's just something you will want to be aware of. I don't believe we'd have been able to have more than about the 4 of us in the house, otherwise the septic tank might have backed up.

Excellent!!! Beautiful sunsets over the lake...quiet and relaxing place.

Margarita the owner came once to meet with us. She was very nice and was always available to answer questions. The house was clean and had everything we needed from dishes, plates, cups, wine glasses and pots and pans in the kitchen to towels, pillows and linens in the bedrooms. She also has a BBQ in the screened terrace overlooking the lake. A kayak was also available in case you want to use it. Other than the beautiful sunsets and views of the lake the peace and tranquility of Casa Margarita was what captivated us. Thank you!!!
