The entryway welcomes you with its bright and open design, featuring stairs that split to different levels of the home. From the entry, you can also access the expansive Gulf-front deck.

Left Wing: Private Master Retreat:
The left staircase leads to a luxurious master suite with a king bed, a queen sofa sleeper, and a private wet bar and kitchenette with a Keurig. The ensuite bath boasts a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. This suite opens to a private Gulf-front deck, complete with an outdoor daybed for relaxing in style. A few steps up the hall, you'll find a cozy loft area with two twin beds and two twin trundles—perfect for children.

Right Wing: Main Living Area and Additional Bedrooms:
The right staircase takes you to the heart of the home: a bright and open living area designed for comfort and connection. With large windows showcasing stunning Gulf views, this space includes a dining area, a wet bar, a large flat-screen TV, and ample seating. The adjacent galley-style kitchen features plenty of workspace, a 15-foot island breakfast bar, and all the tools you’ll need to prepare family meals.
Off the kitchen are two bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: King bed.
• Bedroom 2: Two sets of full-over-full bunk beds.
These bedrooms share a hall bath.
