About this property

Monthly winter rentals, 2 min walk to beach, coffee and restaurants.

This recently renovated townhouse sits in the heart of Miramar Beach. Close enough to see and hear the ocean from the master bedroom and a 2-3 min walk to the beach. Park right outside the front door and walk directly into a master chef kitchen with white quartz countertops and shaker cabinets with gray herring bone floors. Full dining room table and open concept living room and space. Large back deck patio with grill and chairs perfect for having a BBQ or soaking up the Florida sun. Upstairs find all new gray wood plank flooring and brand new bedroom furniture. The master bedroom has it's own balcony where you can hear the waves crashing with a slight view of the ocean. The bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub and an additional vanity. The guest room is also upstairs and has a double and twin bunk perfect for kids and family. The location can not get any better and is a short walk/ golf cart ride to destin outlets, Bad ass coffee, surf hut, whales tail and The Beach bar. Also walking paths and boardwalk are right outside your door.

This property's location can not get any better. Close to bike/ walking paths, stones throw away from beach and short walk to coffee, restaurants and entertainment. The unit has been remodeled and will for sure meet anyone's expectations.
