We had a great stay at David’s place! He had excellent communication. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of clean, folded towels available. Coffee shop down the street in walking distance was great! No issue finding parking spots on the street. Would definitely recommend!

Safe, quiet, comfortable, and clean! We had everything we needed. As others have said, parking was tricky, but I found a spot on the corner, then was able to move right in front of unit first thing in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice stay at a great place

We were very pleased with this rental. The rooms were larger than they seemed from the photos, and it was a great place to relax after spending the day in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a nice café a few blocks away that we went to twice for breakfast.

Overall, a great stay! The property was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, Google assistant to play music, and a towel warmer that made it feel extra cozy. Shops and Restaurants were near by, but still the neighborhood and building were quiet. The only small inconvenience was finding parking since there wasn’t a designated space. I’d definitely stay here again!
