Very clean unit, well equipped kitchen, grill and lovely outdoor area. Observed a family of raccoons and rabbits in private backyard. Felt very private even though it was a duplex.

Home was very comfortable and clean will rent again if available. OBSERVATION: Grab Assist hand hold in shower. TOILET TANK loose from Base, base loose to floor. Tank Flapper is seeping water (flapper needs to be replaced). Low cost repair.

Feels like home

We had a great time. We were in town to attend the Daytona 500. This was a great space allowing us to feel right at home. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed.

Great place.

We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home as soon as we walked in. Quiet and very private backyard. It was nice to sit back and relax on the patio after a day of touring and walking.

Nicely renovated

We stayed here for a family wedding. Family lived less than two miles from the unitProfessionally renovated and clean. Neighborhood is so-so, but that really didn’t matter.

Graduation weekend

We really enjoyed our stay there very close to the campus very clean and well-maintained. Just graduated college from UCF and we elected to do a VRBO and it worked out perfect thank you.

Great Oviedo stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tranquility in Oviedo. Located close to everything, easy access to Orlando area via 417. Clean, bright, modern, well appointed unit and attentive hosts. What more could we have hoped for?

Amazing Property

Amazing hosts, quick to respond to messages and requests. Property was spot on, very clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable and the walk in shower is a nice touch. We really enjoyed the big screen tv in the living room, was great for our movie night!!

Nice stay

The home was clean, nicely updated and decorated. Beds were comfortable. Could use a toaster, Keurig coffee maker(which most Vrbo properties do have), and ice trays since the ice maker doesn’t work. Could stand to have more dishes and utensils. Overall a nice place to stay!

We were in the area for UCF events. Property was very clean and nicely renovated. Owners were very helpful and accommodating with changes on our end due to flight changes. The home is very welcoming!

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere

This property is exactly what I was looking for in a vacation rental. It is beautifully staged and it had all the amenities we were looking for in a place. We used the washer and dryer and they both worked perfectly. The bed was so comfortable. Beautiful place. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Central Florida.

Move Daughter to Orlando

The property was decorated with a modern flair, very clean and comfortable. I can tell the owners care about the property and tenants. A pizza pan and kitchen washcloths would be nice to add. I would recommend a stay here. There is a coffee pot, dont forget to bring your coffee.
