This is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath log cabin located in Silverheels Ranch, 2 miles outside Fairplay, CO. 1 mile away is the entrance to Pike National Forest. The main floor features a furnished kitchen, large living area with satellite tv, satellite internet, two bedrooms (one w/ king-sized bed, the other w/ two twins and a crib), and a full bath w/ jacuzzi tub. The top floor includes an additional living area, work desk, full bath w/ steam shower, and a master bedroom w/ king-sized bed. The large finished basement has a pull-out sofa, a half-bath, and laundry room. Horses are welcome in the corral and pasture. Shoot hoops in the driveway. A large, wrap-around deck offers sweeping views of the Mosquito Mountain Range, Mt. Silverheels, and Red Hill Pass.

Quite get away

The cabin was nice ,big lots of space. The lighting in the house could have been a little brighter for us. I wish there was a gate on the driveway for our dogs. Over all we enjoyed and it was very relaxing.

Beautiful Colorado

My son, daughter in-law, and two grandkids met me for a week in CO. Adam's house was near perfect. A couple of fans and light switches didn't work but that is the extent of the bad. The house has everything you will need. It has plenty of room. And the highlight at least for me was the location. Your closest neighbors are hundreds of yards away and wonderful mtn views are right off your front deck. If you are interested in the Fairplay, Breckenridge area you can't go wrong with Adam's house. Give it a shot. You won't regret it.

Fairplay getaway

The stay was great! Traveled with family members ranging from age 10 to 19. If you're looking for a place to get away to and enjoy some peace and quiet this is definitely the rental for you. There are a few places to enjoy good food, Otto's is a must try. Everyone we encounter was friendly and welcoming. The house itself had everything we need to cook our meals and even do some baking. There were board games available and dvds as well. Overall it was everything we expected plus more.
