Perfect Spot

Booked for a little over a week in order to attend a work trip and it was exactly the right place. Comfortable, convenient, cozy, clean, and enough room all around. Excellent communication with the owner across the board. Very happy with the stay!

Cute little area, the bed it's okay it needs rotating because of the tv being high on the wall you lay in a certain spot so you can feel it in the mattress. Shower great!! The place was okay.

Couldn't ask for better

The property is just as described. There is everything you need right there. Hot plate washer dryer microwave full bath it's got it all. The owner never bothered me. The neighborhood was very quiet. If I need to stay at a verbal again, this is where I will try to go.

On a scale of 1 to 10 overall, I would give this place at least a 15. The place appears to be virtually brand new, all put together very nicely. This will be my new go to place Wednesday in Orlando.The property host Reuben, didn't even blink when I informed him after checking in, that there was a service dog accompanying me. We felt very comfortable and safe. If I had to suggest any type of improvement, it would be the bed or if or at least just the mattress. Thank you again, Woody
