Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Remove all trash before check-out. Cans are in front of garage. • Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Recycling is Thursday. If stay falls on these days, both must be taken out the night before.
• Fridge is located inside of closet to the left - clean out items when leaving. • Make sure dishes have been washed in sink in garage and sat in drying rack to the right of the sink.
• No Parties • No Smoking • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Please be considerate of neighbors and respect the peaceful setting

The studio was beautiful. Having access to a Keurig for my morning coffee was absolutely amazing. Access to WiFi kept me connected when I needed to be and it was so peaceful just what I was looking for in a vacation getaway

It is very quaint, you feel like you are far out, but close to everything. We have beautiful nature here, a pond and sets on 5 acres.

What makes this property unique

The studio is very quaint. It sits on the far left side of the property. The house sits on 5 acres surrounded by trees. You have the back deck to use as your outside space as well as the backyard. There is also a little fire pit area and hammock setup. You will have access to the washer & dryer in the garage. The mini fridge sits in the left side of the closet space to save space.
