The property was as described by the host. It was clean and very welcoming in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond to our messages. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

wonder ful trip.

The stay was very enjoyable. The unit was everything that it was advertised. The only drawback was a very poor TV signal when watching "network channels".

Simply outstanding

My wife and I rented Lake Sunrise Villa for 3 weeks. The house was fantastic, great layout and very comfortable. The location is very accessible to places in Cape Coral and easy access to FT Myers as well. We communicated with the landlord a couple of times and recieved an immediate response. A wonderful experience all around!

Very nice place

A very nice place in a newly formed neighborhood. No issues with the place and a fast replying host when questions came up. The only suggestion is to increase the number of bowls and cutlery to use at meals. I would indeed come back another time !

Love Cape Coral, the beaches, the restaurant, traveling and meeting new people.
We have two small children that keep us always on the go. We love cooking, relaxing and spend time with family. Big sports fan. I love photography and my goal is to visit all 50 states and create my own guide book with photograph. We respect your privacy and sometimes need ours, but always can find time to answer your questions or just for chat to make your stay fun. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your time at my home as much as we do. There are no strangers here, just friends we haven't yet met!
