Excellent Stay for the Price!

Enjoyed the stay, the unit was well-furnished and we had a fun night in. Would have liked to be able to use the lights out on the porch or the fireplace, but everything else was perfect.

Beautiful home, comforting stay!

My partner and I celebrated our two years here and just loved it! It's comforting and spacious. Plenty of privacy and I loved the little private porch!

Traveling across the country

My husband and I had to travel unexpectedly and I booked this Vrbo as a rest stop during our journey. It was exactly as advertised and really clean and tidy . We appreciated the ease of booking with the host.

Owner was lovely, so was this apartment! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood just outside the city of Denver, so it's not at all far from all the fun. I will say there are some stairs leading down to the apartment, so I don't recommend for anyone with mobility disabilities, but other than that, its a lovely place and I would absolutely return if I'm in Denver!

Spacious basement apartment

We enjoyed the open layout of the apartment and the outdoor patio space was great. Only downside was the traffic noise from being so close to the highway.

Parent check in

I came to visit my son whom just moved to Denver. The property was very clean and quiet. The couch was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and got hot which I like. We had plenty of privacy. It was a great place to stay.

Close to Denver Health

Very nice accommodations. Visited Denver for several days to support daughter having a baby at Denver Health. Very convenient.

Great for price!

Unfortunately we had to leave early, but the facilities were very clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Due to my mother’s passing was only able to stay for about 10 hours and had to leave. The unit was very clean and nice.

Great place to lay your head!

Such a great place to come an lay your head while staying in CO! Though our stay was short, we felt at home while visiting. The hosts were great and the space was so cozy! We'll definitely be putting this place on the roster for our next visit back!

Short visit from PDX

Had a a short visit from PDX visiting a couple friends. This place was conveniently located close to downtown and the Meow Wolf exhibit. Was cute and clean, loved the private patio.

Red rocks concert

The place was very well cleaned and gave off a homie feeling. We mostly just spent night there and getting ready in the morning and it worked perfectly for that. Was perfect distance from red rocks about 20 minutes!

Cozy place served us well as a base camp

Exceptionally clean. Easy to jump on the interstate from the house and close to virtually anything you might need - places to eat, to buy essentials, and the like. Very close to Mile High Stadium which served us well as we came to Denver to see Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown, Megan Maroney, and Uncle Kracker. In spite of being so close to the highway, it was exceptionally quiet. It met all of our needs!

Great basement bungalow!

The space was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfy and we felt right at home. The outside space was an additional perk, however we were not there enough to take advantage of it. And - it was SO hot during the time we were there. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thanks for being great hosts!
