It felt like home, and very conveniently located to everything. Very nice hot tub that was perfect to soak in when we got back to the house after a long day out.

Thank you for your kind review! I hope you come and stay again. I'll have the Spa ready for you!
It was a lovely home, but it was a bit odd to have coded locks on each bedroom door and we got locked out a couple times, which was difficult with kids.
We had a wonderful two night stay over New Years. The host was amazing to work with and made everything easy. The hot tub was a nice surprise. Great location.
Communication was great. We had everything we needed. The cleanliness outstanding. Hot tub great.
Absolutely recommend this property. Everything you need be it with friends or family. Very cosy and homely.
Back yard with hot tub, bbq, outdoor seating area and trampoline fantastic.
I would recommend this bungalow to everyone! It is super clean, great location, amazing communication with the property manager Kelly. It had a lot of different amenities and extremely comfortable. It is about a 50 minute drive from Boreal Mountain. It was clean, cozy, and felt like home.
It seems like the owner has her house listed on several rental apps so, she cancelled our booking last minute leaving my family stranded.

The house was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of towels, the hot tub was clean and warm, the house heated up quickly, and it was very close to the freeway, food, and a grocery store. The kids’ favorite part was the neighborhood cat that visited us in the backyard the two days we stayed. Also, my teenager left a sizable sum of cash in the room he stayed in and Kelly was kind, and honest, enough to look for it and send it back to us when she found it. If we’re staying in the area again, we will definitely try to book this property again.
The description of the bungalow was perfect and accurate. We were very comfortable and loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the golf course.
The only glitch was that our code to the door did not work, but Kelly was right there for us and we were able to enter the bungalow in a matter of minutes.
Kelly is the perfect host. She talked to us about the golf courses that we were going to play. It was very helpful.
We would all stay at the bungalow again without any hesitation.
Overall, this property is not ready to be a rental property. A key code was not given prior to check-in. I had to contact the property manager multiple times before they picked up the phone. They were not prepared with a key code. The property had family photos in every room and personal items, clothes, shoes, jackets in every closet. The bathroom rugs were not clean and there was hair on one of the pillows. A floodlight was aimed at the bedroom window. The neighbors played loud music and there were unhoused people outside the house. The home was overpriced and not worth it. Would not recommend.
Sadly, not the experience we hoped for. Host did not provide the code to check in at the agreed to/listed check in time of 4pm. Upon entry, the home was full of more personal items than we could tell by the listing photos (family pictures, save the date card, etc) which was a bit uncomfortable. The backyard space we looked forward to using was not cleaned for our arrival (trampoline full of tree debris and outdoor seating/hammock covered in dust and debris as well). Spa was clean but we did not use it. We ended our stay shortly after arrival when we observed devices that should not have been in the property and were not listed in the property listing upon booking. After a few weeks the host refunded our stay.
I love traveling and love meeting new people. I prefer a homey environment when I travel. I am very clean & tidy. I have 2 homes that I Airbnb since 2018 and have enjoyed the experience very much! Now I own Bright Vacation Rentals and manage 7 homes in Orangevale Ca, Roseville Ca, and Auburn Ca.
