Modern Resort Private Pool House

Pool home in Los Angeles sleeps 8 in beds, great location 20-30 minutes to all the wonderful areas vacationers would like to visit in Los Angeles to Hollywood Blvd, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain,Malibu beaches, West Hollywood, the Grove, Sunset Blvd,downtown Los Angeles, Staple Center, Melrose. 5 minutes to Ventura Blvd. shopping and restaurants, grocery stores. Golfing nearby. Great for families or large group of friends. Swimming pool, outdoor barbecue. Very private and safe neighborhood.

We do Not allow parties.

The space is modern remodeled safe and great family vacation, friends, or business. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds you can move together to make a king size. We don’t allow any noise disturbance. We ask all guest to remove their shoes at the front door as we don’t allow shoes in the house please leave shoes at the door. We supply shoe coverings to help keep our floors clean and sanitized and to avoid scratches as they are white. Please be very careful with the kitchen cabinets as they are laquer white and do not rub against them to scratch or use products in them other then a damp paper towel. The jacuzzi just send me a message an hour before you need to use it and I will turn it on remotely for 3 hours. Please let me know in advance during or stay or anytime prior to 8pm if it’s the same day you would like the jacuzzi to be set for your use. We ask that the house be in the same condition as when you arrived when you depart . There is no smoking permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and put the cigarette out in the ashtrays we provide in the backyard. Pease do not bring charcoal or charcoal fluids as it is a gas bbq. We don’t allow furniture to be moved around inside the house . We don’t allow any party decorations or anything taped , tacked, nailed or anything to the walls or ceilings . Please be responsible and respectful as this is someone’s home . We don’t allow outside guest more then the amount of people booked. We do not allow parties or people driving up and down the street going in and out the house . This is not the type of guest we allow. The neighbors will not tolerate it and will contact me and I would need to come there and intervene and vacate everyone. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We want guest to have a great time and be respectful of the house and enjoy Los Angeles

Guest has access to entire house except the garage and a small area upstairs that I use for storage and it is locked.
Lost key fee is $75

If you want the use of the jacuzzi you need to inform me in advance. 3 hours is free. There is a fee of 25.00 for each additional hour. The outdoor built -in BBQ is gas only. Do not use charcoal in the built in BBQ as it will cause damage. I don’t want to charge you for damages please do not use charcoal. We ask guest to please take off their shoes upon entering we provide shoe/foot covers. We like to keep the floors clean and sanitized. We expect guest to follow all house rules or you will forfeit your deposit. if extra cleaning is required you will forfeit your deposit or be charged a minimum of 200.00 depending on the required cleaning necessary. If you smoke in the house you will be charged a minimum of $1000

Parking on the front private driveway. 5 minute driving distance to all the trendy restaurants, malls, bars, markets. Easy to get around. It is the ideal location. Park in front driveway of the house driveway camera for your ease of comfort. Very safe neighborhood to walk around. Or easy Uber.

Close to everything , hike, golf , restaurants , Malibu beach , Universal Studios , Downtown Los Angeles, museums , Magic Mountain , The Grove .
House is Located in a high end area in a quiet peaceful area . Very private house .

Great quiet location

We loved staying here with our extended family of 8. We enjoyed taking advantage of the pool and the hot tub. We have just two minor suggestions: provide conditioner in addition to shampoo (seems pretty standard), and acquire a few more small spoons.

Great vacation spot

Great location! Beautiful home and yard. The only improvement would be better knives and cook top. Couls not regulate the temperature on a few of the burners. Host ia great! Let us do an early check-in

Family friendly

Loved the pool and outside area. I wished there were cleaning supplies provided to help make for easy clean up. We ended up going and getting our own Lysol wipes. But otherwise i would stay again.

Holiday Family Vacation

This house has potential, but there were some disappointments. The two abandoned cars in the driveway were an eye sore. The home could use a good deep cleaning there were a lot of cobwebs and floor boards were dusty. The host was quick to answer any questions and was accommodating with turning the jacuzzi on when requested. Updating certain aspects of the home could enhance its appeal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the home was in a location close to stores, shopping and not far from LA.

Big disappointment

From the moment we were guided by VRBO to the wrong property to the moment we woke up on the first morning to the smell of cigarette smoke and the sight of human hair all over the hallway, it was a miserable stay. So we left.

Positives: Good location; 40 minutes or less drive (with traffic) to LAX, Burbank Airport, Ronald Reagan Library, Univeral, Warner Brothers Studio Tours, Sony Studios (Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune), horseback riding, paint ball, Pasadena and Hollywood. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very spacious. Very good internet speed. Host is extremely responsive and considerate. Needs improvement: Kitchen tools, pots are pans are not in the best shape. Did not use laundry services at property, so no comment.

5* location & 3* accommodation

Great location, safe and quiet. Approx 30 mins to parks/Hollywood/Beverley Hills, 1 hour to LAX/Santa Monica etc. However there is a lot of traffic in LA & it can take much longer so allow plenty of time. The house is very big, spacious rooms, plenty of parking and lots of outside space. However I would rate as only 3*. The bathrooms were dated, the furniture was scratched and marked, one bed was broken and some areas of cleaning were not very good. The kitchen could do with some extra pots and pans, there were no baking trays, no kettle etc. The washing machine and tumble dryer worked fine but there was no where to hang out any washing to dry. There were a few maintenance issues which we notified the owner of including the jacuzzi which didn't work. They did try to get it fixed but couldn't so that was a shame as we were really looking forward to using it. I would advise to not stay here with young children as there are lose slabs around the pool. The pool is very open and you can access it from lots of different doors so you would need to keep a close eye on little ones running around. Also there are several patio doors which are all single glazed (no safety glass or stickers) and would easily shatter if a child ran or fell into them. We were in contact with the owner throughout our stay who got back to us immediately so communication was A*. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the issues we had could easily be sorted and would make a lot of difference.

Nice house, needs some TLC

For some reason Vrbo had provided a slightly incorrect address so I ended up in someone else's driveway oops! Had to drive back down the hill a bit to get cell signal in order to find out the correct number. Arrived at the correct place and was slightly confused that there were two vehicles parked in the driveway. Nice location House itself is large and spread out. Nice white tile floors that the host asks you not to walk on with shoes which is understandable! There are i think 4 bedrooms, one of which is a little difficult to get into as the leg of the bed blocks the door. The master bedroom is much nicer than the other rooms. Bedding is ok, a bit cheap feeling. All linens smell clean and fresh. Fixtures and some furniture are a bit battered and the place could do with some paint and maybe a little decor in the rooms as they're mostly bare. The glass patio doors were filthy and spoiled the view of the lovely pool area. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped but i did have to go home (nearby 😆) and get a stir fry pan. There are no baking sheets. Several coffee makers including a K cup. Wi-Fi is good and fast and you'll likely need it because cell signal there is poor. The owner is very helpful and responsive. His instructions are clear and fair. Overall, if you're a party of several people coming to LA for a visit this would be a great value stay as it sleeps plenty of people. If you have young children be aware that the pool is completely open and unfenced.

Tranquillité et confort

Belle maison avec piscine creusée, nous avons séjourné pendant 7 jours, 7 personnes, 4 chambres. Très spacieux, lits confortables, incluant toutes commodités. A 30 minutes des attractions (Universal Studio, Santa Monica et Venice beaches, centre ville), 5 minutes des épiceries. Le voisinage est très tranquille. Nous avions besoin de chaises de plage et Zach a accepté de nous en procurer, il répondait rapidement. Super séjour!
