About this property

We live in a home built in 1940 which we renovated in August 2017, adding the Studio to the lower and includes a private side entrance, a queen-sized Murphy bed, full bathroom, sitting area and full kitchen. We have WiFi and a television with Roku. We take pride in the quality of our mattress, linens, appliances and decor.

Our goal is to provide our guests the most comfortable home away from home" experience possible as they stay in our lovely city.

PLEASE NOTE: We live upstairs and do our best to keep quiet especially during quiet hours which are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Although we do our best to keep as quiet as possible so as not to disturb guests, we have a 5 year who wakes up around 7am and there is a likelihood you will hear us, although we try to keep her as quiet as possible (not always easy with a 5 year old!). If you're planning to stay out late and sleep late undisturbed, this might not be the best spot for you. We like to be completely honest to help manage expectations so our guests have a great trip.

We ask our guests to also keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors and to be mindful that we live upstairs. We live in a family oriented neighborhood and have a daughter that goes to bed early, so if you’re looking for a place where you can party, this is not the location for you. We look forward to hosting responsible and mature adults. We take great pride in our home and expect our guests to be respectful of our space as you stay here. Absolutely no parties or events.

We have many amenities for families with children that we can make available upon request (baby bath, Pack n Play crib, baby monitor, changing pad, books, toys, etc.). Please feel free to ask!

We also rent our studio apartment along with our 2 downstairs guest rooms with an additional bath if you are interested in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental. We typically block out the weekends for this studio apartment listing in order to rent the full 3 bedroom space on weekends. If you're interested in renting the larger space, contact us for the link.
