In the warm months, choose from dozens of hiking and mountain bike trails, or spend the day on the water at pretty Piney Lake or Dillon Reservoir, both an easy drive away.
At the condo itself, you’ll find a fully upgraded space, with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, an open layout, and a sleek, modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge. Your private, tree-lined deck offers mountain views and a gas grill, ideal for evening cookouts. Spend evenings snuggled up in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest release, start a puzzle, play a card game, or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
