Set in a serene green space with a creek flowing behind the building, yet just steps from the free Town of Vail bus, you’ll have the best of both worlds. In the warm months, explore the area’s countless hiking and mountain biking trails, including the North Trail Trailhead, right up the road. In the winter, hop on the free bus and head to Vail Village. Lionshead Village is a short 15-minute walk across the pedestrian bridge.

At the condo itself, you’ll find two levels of living space, with contemporary furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and abundant natural light. An east-facing deck is perfect for morning coffee with the sunrise. The chef will love the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and there’s room for everyone at mealtime around the window-front table.

At home, make some hot cocoa and snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi. Tuck the kids into the bunks in the loft and drift off to sleep in either well-appointed bedroom - but not before one last toast to finding the perfect Vail escape.

Great summer condo!!

We stayed there with 3 adults and 3 kids. The bunk room was perfect for the kids! The condo has all modern and beautiful furniture. The bathrooms are wonderful! We especially liked the proximity to Lions Head and Vail Village, which are both a short walk. There is a fabulous hiking trail right up the street! I highly recommend this condo!

Clean, cozy, and convenient

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, upscale vibe, and extremely convenient distance from Lionshead and Vail Village. We were able to walk to Lionshead and Vail Village or take the city bus (bus stop right across the street!). The ski lockers in Vail Village were a highlight as it made keeping ski gear by the mountain easily accessible and allowed us to change out of our ski clothes/boots so we could enjoy an early dinner or apres ski after a long day of skiing. We’ll definitely save this spot for our next stay in Vail!

Central and quiet

This property is in an older neighborhood, but was quite comfortable for four of us plus the pup. Everything was fine, and as listed. it’s in a good location Central Vail, so quick for everything. Since there’s no air conditioning, having the windows open at night on one side of the property means listening to traffic noise from I-70. No huge worry for us.

The condo itself was very nice. We booked because it was dog friendly. The condo worked very well with a dog and we walked into Lions Head Village each day. It’s a short beautiful walk. We informed Vacasa of an issue upon checking in and were assured it would be taken care of ASAP. Apparently “ASAP” for Vacasa involves MANY texts, false assurance that issue was taken care of and empty promises. While the condo was as promised, I will not stay at another property managed by Vacasa.

Room is clean and comfortable. Management is very poor. As soon as we arrived, we have found several issues including heater (btw it was cold at night even in July). We reported an issue but none was resolved during our stay. Kept asking to fix, the answer was just wait. Management does not help at all.

Disappointed

The management company Vancesa was not responsive at all! The furniture in the small living room needs replaced. The couch sinks in so you are at an angle when you sit on it and the two small chairs are like sitting on a board! They require you strip the beds and start the bedding laundry before you leave which I always do anyway. When I stripped the bedding the mattress pads were yellow and disgusting! The condo has no air which is fine but it is very noisy so it's hard to sleep.

Amazing location! Perfect spot for families!

This was one of our favorite rentals, ever. The location was so close to Lionshead (5-6 min walk) which made it so convenient to get to shops, restaurants, and the gondola. Our kids loved sleeping in the giant bunk room, which was easy to close off for everyone to get some privacy. Everything was super clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything our group needed. It was a beautiful, uplifting spot to visit with friends in a hard-to-beat location. We will be back!

Fantastic Condo

The location is amazing - the Sandstone bus is a two minute walk. We even walked into Lionshead (with young kids!) in 15 minutes. Lockers in Vail Village were also very convenient. We traveled with another family and it was perfect for all of us. Usually we are cramped but all 5 kids had their own bed - what a great bunk room with their own TV and Bathroom. Loved the Mountain View's from the kitchen table. Thanks so much we will be back !
