Cute and clean stay! Beach view was great and a short walk away. There was a rinse station when leaving the beach to clean off which was so handy.

The property is in a GREAT location with very easy access to the beach. Terry was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The condo is great for families with nice bedrooms and common area space. My only suggestion to future tenants would be to bring your own cooking spray, salt, pepper, paper towels, extra toilet paper, etc. The only cooking ingredient in the unit was salt and there were not enough paper goods to get us through the week, That said, I would 100% stay here again- just would have packed differently if you're planning to cook :)

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The Vrbo description of the condo and area is very accurate and we found the location excellent. The grounds surrounding the condo are well cared for and local management staff is friendly and helpful. We walked on the beach to the Palm Cafe for breakfast and then walked on the beach to Wanna Wanna later in the day for happy hour. The host provided great communication skills. When we visit the island again we want to stay here again.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Located on the fifth floor, it offered stunning ocean views right from inside the unit. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The condo truly felt like a home away from home, and it was a pleasure to spend our vacation there. The host was very communicative, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish.We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone visiting South Padre Island!

There were a few items that may need to be worked on, almost cut myself on the back door handle because of the rust, but other than that it was a good property for the price and the view was amazing.

This condo had a great location right on the beach with an easy walk down to the sand. It looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the coffee and coffee filters. You can see both sides of the island. Because of the weather there were no fireworks but we would have had a great view from the front porch if they had taken place. Parking was easy and we lucked out and got shaded parking the whole time we were there. They also had luggage carts which made getting all our stuff to the 5th floor super easy. The pool was super clean. The minimal downside was that the elevator was hot and slow. Overall, we had a great stay and the host Terry was easy to work with. He communicated information promptly and was very nice. He even mailed a late arriving package to us after we left.

Beautiful property. We enjoyed the views and sitting out on the balcony watching the sun come up. The pool and hot tub were nicely heated and never very busy. The condo has everything you need and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The view of the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had all the cookware needed for a home meal, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host could not have been better. This is definitely a place I would take my family back to!!

Every morning was spent watching the sunrise, and each an every sunrise was more beautiful than the one before. The condo was clean and comfortable, and I would highly recommend this VRBO! LOVED IT!

My wife and I are from Minnesota. We have been visiting the Island since 1987 and look forward to every trip to wonderful South Padre Island. We have two grown children who also travelled with us to the island for many years. Our daughter enjoyed the area so much that after she got married she moved to the area. I enjoy bike riding on the 30 miles of unspoiled beach.

We purchased a condo on South Padre Island, because we absolutely love the Island. In Texas, the beaches are protected public property. Hotels can't fence off entrance to the beach. You can walk or bike ride 30 miles without any fences or private property.
