The Space:
Our family-friendly cabin is packed with amenities and fun for couples, families or groups of friends.

The cabin includes:
- 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with a queen/twin bunk bed (sleeps 3!) and another bedroom with a twin bunk bed
- Fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher
- Smart TV where you can quickly sign-in to your favorite streaming service
- WiFi for streaming movies or taking video calls
- AC in all the main rooms to keep you comfortable
- An outdoor yard game treasure box full of activities for kids and adults: corn hole, volleyball, soccer and kick balls, horseshoes, and many more!

Outside the cabin, we also have:
- Hot tub is conveniently located on the deck just step outside the slider
- Outside fire pit with seating for the whole gang
- A huge front porch with a grill – and seats to relax with a cold beer or glass of wine

Please note:
This property offers convenient one-story living, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but given the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or other outdoor elements—especially during certain seasons. Nature has a way of leaving its mark, no matter how often we tidy up, and we appreciate your understanding.

Wi-Fi is provided, though service can occasionally be slower or spotty due to the remote mountain location. We recommend downloading any essential content in advance so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).

We appreciate your understanding and hope you embrace the adventure—this peaceful, scenic setting is what makes your mountain escape so special!

Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close to downtown Berkeley Springs – literally a 4 minute drive away. Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US, and has fantastic breweries, restaurants, and shops for you to enjoy!

The house was clean and had a nice layout. The host stayed out of the way but was there when you needed her. I left almost a week ago and haven’t gotten my security deposit back, I’m sure I’ll get it soon.

The house has a great location for easy access to town and plenty of space for good friends or family. All the basics and some of the extras- like a hot tub- are right at your place which is great.

We loved how close the home was to town and how wooded it was while still being close to a main road. The hot tub was delightful and communication with the owner was very easy and efficient.

Family getaway in the country

Property was ready and clean for us upon check in. Close to shopping, restaurants and family activities. Kids had a blast and it was nice to sit around the fire pit every evening after grilling on the enclosed porch.

Awesome house

This was a great rental. Exactly as advertised with hot tub and a fire pit. Perfect for a little getaway. Only 5 minutes to the roman bathhouse and about 15 minutes to Cacaphon State Park with great hiking trails. A wonderful place to stay.

Excellent get away

We had a wonderful weekend, the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean. We enjoyed the location, private but not too far from town. Tony, the host was excellent about communication and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and offered great recommendations of local spots to grab a meal. Check in and out was a breeze. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Pest control showed up to spray while were there. No one told us ahead of time. If we hadn't been there, we wouldn't have known it was unsafe for the dog in certain parts of the yard for the next 24 hours. Kitchen floor was sticky-dirty. Plumbing fixtures felt they would fall out in your hands, not firmly attached to anything.

Everything was perfect for our quick getaway from the real world! Property was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook with as well as games for entertainment. Great location just a few minutes outside town. Well accented, plenty of room, really a great place. Only minor gripe was there were mice. There was one in the evening ...no big deal... but i got up at 3 am and saw 4 in the kitchen. It's in the mountains, theres only so much the owners can do, great place otherwise, definitely not a deal breaker.

Should Have Been Better

The house description was accurate, overall it was clean. The beds were nicely made, plenty of nice towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The furniture around the TV was a little sparse and disappointing. The bonus room was fabulous as was the front deck/porchhot tub. Unfortunately someone just prior to us left a significant cigarette smoke smell behind. We tried sleeping in the main bedroom but had to get up and move in the middle of the night. We thought something like this would have been noticed and addressed by the cleaners.

Couldn't get heat to work well enough to be comfortable. No hot water in tub...handyman was sent to unit and we rushed back to meet him, he wasn't there and never returned. Unit was very close to a busy road, didn't show that on VRBO ad, of course. The hot tub was NICE!!

Best thing was convenience to town. The property itself is fine. The beds were not uncomfortable. The spider in the bathroom was no trouble. An excellent coffee maker is probably too much to expect or one that had been thoroughly cleaned with vinegar. The furniture is attractive but uncomfortable. It was quiet and convenient…the biggest pluses. Everything was Ok except… the shower head. Visiting your lovely town made our trip worthwhile and as a place to sleep it was not great but adequate…except for that shower head. Do yourself and your guests a favor… replace that. Thanks🙏

I went looking for peace and I found it in Berkeley Springs WV. Tony was a VERY attentive host and every message ( big and small) was gifted a swift response. The check in was simple, the cabin is literally as pictured. We did have a small hiccup 2 days shy of checking out.. the fridge stopped worked after a small storm. Again, Tony was on top of this issue but I honestly didn’t want to wait for a tech to come ( especially since the technician offered no ETA) on our last 2 days of vacation. I reached out to Tony and a compromise was formed. He wanted to refund me more than I felt far so I threw out a number I felt comfortable with receiving but he still reimbursed me 30 over the agreement!I cannot express how grateful I was for this host, the cabin, his professionalism and if I had to make a few adjustments it would be to the WIFI service and to the smallest bedroom needing more than a fan for air conditioning. Other than that.. it was exactly what I’d hoped for. I wish Blue Maple Cabins continued success in the future….

Why they chose this property

We spent years searching for the perfect getaway, and wanted to be close enough to DC that we could do a day trip. We fell in love with the area – and Pine Hollow in particular. We love how cute and cozy our cabin is, and all the fun outdoor activities we can enjoy year-round. :)
