This single level end unit model boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 4 on the Palmer Private Course at PGA West. Stunning views of the lake, waterfall and mountains from the back patio. This condo has been recently renovated with new paint, new flooring, new stainless-steel appliances, new cabinet doors, backsplash and quartz countertops in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a California King bed, flatscreen HDTV, patio access and an ensuite with a tub and shower, two sinks and vanity. The second bedroom is also en-suite with a Queen size bed, flatscreen HDTV and a walk-in shower. There is a table for dining in the kitchen and another dining table in the family room. The family room has a gas fireplace, flatscreen HDTV and access to the outdoor patio. An indoor laundry room and attached garage is also available for your convenience.

For the golf lovers, the home is located on the Palmer Private Golf Course. PGA West has six world-class golf courses including three private courses and three public courses.

For pool lovers, the pool and spa are located just steps away from the home and has amazing views of the lake and mountains.

This is a lower level, single level unit located inside the Palmer Gate at PGA West. This particular property has incredible views from the back patio including the lake and waterfall and the Santa Rosa Mountains. The community pool and spa is steps away. This condo has been recently remodeled with new flooring, light fixtures, faucets, towel racks, toilets, interior paint, baseboards, kitchen cabinet doors, countertops, backsplash and has new stainless-steel kitchen appliances.
