“Pelican’s Landing” is beachfront and a short walk to the Beach Club pool & resort amenities. We have gone to great lengths to appoint our condo with fanciful art, modern amenities and appliances like a new refrigerator, a washer/dryer set & a high-performance a/c unit.

Step into the condo & relax with cable & wifi or step out onto the outside, covered patio and relax while filling your senses with the sights & sounds of the beach. Inside enjoy a fully equipped kitchen & dining area that seats 8 at the table with 2 additional bar stools.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo can be enjoyed by 1 or 2 families or couples. Sleeping is a dream on our 2 king size beds. Both mattresses in these rooms are comfortable including a recent addition of a Tuft & Needle mattress in the primary bedroom. Both bathrooms have been upgraded & have a clean, inviting look. One Bathroom offers a shower tub combination, & one is a glass door, walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the Bunkroom offers 2 matching & sturdy bunks with tv/cable.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds.
You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great attractions.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm & check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach & other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee & Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June 1-November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm & Cancellation Policies carefully!
