There is a split bedroom plan with the master bedroom being separate from the 2 guest bedrooms. There are 2 full baths, with second bath also doubling as pool bathroom access. There is an interior laundry room with new washer and dryer, and utility sink. We have a 2 car garage with remote, high-speed internet, and cable TV. The house is fully furnished for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There are two mountain bikes with locks, four fully equipped new beach chairs, new expandable wagon if driving over to the beach to pull your beach items along with a new beach umbrella with SPF protection that will not blow away in the wind. Exterior was newly painted along with the front and backyard newly landscaped. Tons of new updates to the house. Pet friendly with pet deposit.
