Beachfront Home on the East Cape of Mexico!

This is an amazing home owned and loved by two families from Steamboat Colorado; combined, we are the Eleven Palms! We enjoy our private paradise as often as possible but when we are busy skiing, camping, hiking, snowmobiling or heaven forbid, working, we want others to enjoy this wonderful escape. Located on the East Cape of Mexico near the fishing village of La Ribera you'll find some of the best fishing in the world, right off the beach. You can walk miles in either direction on a pristine beach and rarely see another human being. While La Ribera has some great restaurants and is only 15 minutes away, if you're looking for a great party scene, this isn't your place. But if you are looking for amazing beauty and relaxation, this is your spot!

Great place, house really worked for a family of 4, could work for more as well. Great beach, clean and organized. Inside pool area worked great to get out of the wind.

Beautiful house and wonderful hosts

Our family stayed for a week over the christmas holiday and couldn't have been happier. The house was absolutely wonderful, very comfortable beds and a beautiful, sandy beach. The kids enjoyed fishing and building sand castles and reading in the sun. It was absolutely perfect.

Dream vacation

Incredible location. Amazing property. Lots to do. Excellent communication with the host in preparation for the trip including what to do, how to get there and what companies to hire. The beach and ocean are unbeatable. If you enjoy remote adventure this place is for you.

Quiet and beautiful

Beautiful secluded beach, cute and rustic town 20 minutes away (La Ribera). SUP to use, great Sonos speaker system, heated pool. David was very helpful for us in scheduling a fishing trip and renting ATVs.

What a dream

Pristine beach with the clearest water. You are likely to see animals before you find another human as you walk the beach and drive in your SxS. When a vacation with 6 kids is peaceful you know you’ve found a gem! This house is perfectly stocked and the layout is ideal. We visited during turtle nesting season and we were able to witness this magical process. The towns are truly local and special. It’s an authentic experience all around. Hiking, snorkeling, paddleboarding…Every activity at your finger tips. We felt spoiled all week and would definitely go back. The owner and caretaker were always available and went above and beyond in helping us make the best of the house and exploring what the area had to offer.

Great House. Secluded Beach.

The property was located in a quiet, but up and coming development. We often were the only ones on the beach during what we thought would be a busy time. The owner was very communicative during the lead up to our trip with valuable information. There were lots of beach chairs and games to keep the group occupied. Be prepared to be thorough in your preparation for staying at the house. You'll have to bring your own drinking water from the closest town and running to the store for forgotten items is not the quickest trip. All being said, this is a fantastic house for larger groups or families that want a secluded experience.

Two families, one village! Eleven (Palms) in total with 7 kids between us! We live in Steamboat Colorado and Kelowna British Columbia and the kids are kind of everywhere! As often as possible we're at our amazing escape to Mexico where the name of the game, and our LLC, is Mucho Cerveza!

Why they chose this property

If you want a busy pool area, room service and the ability to walk to bars and restaurants, this is not your place. But if you want to wake up to an amazing sunrise, walk a private beach with your coffee, paddle board or swim right out your door, explore the quaint Mexican villages nearby and end your days with amazing sunsets and a bonfire on the beach, this is definitely your place!
