Located on the 14th floor, unit 1404, you will experience unforgettable wide open beach views and sunsets. A primetime family residence, this condo is
luxurious. The fun and beachy, yet, classy decor of the condo makes this the perfect getaway. With 1367 square feet, 9 ft ceilings, all tile floors, open concept living area this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo will give your family the space needed to feel relaxed and comfortable. The ocean view master bedroom has a plush king size bed with sliding doors to the balcony , it's own luxurious double vanity bath with an oversized tile shower.The second master suite has a queen size bed it owns attached spacious bath with double vanities and an extra large walk in tile shower. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space.The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds the kids will love and dresser for their clothes. There is a 3rd full bath in the hallway featuring a tub shower combo located in the hall.The living room has a new comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and tropical swivel rocker.

Enjoy the open living room, kitchen, and dining room area consisting of a six person dining room table, granite counter tops and breakfast bar, a stainless steel kitchen, two door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser and vast pantry space. Doing laundry has never been easier with the large washer and dryer for those big beach towels! With the electric grill, cooking out and eating on the balcony has never been more enjoyable. Furthermore, enjoy flat screen TV's throughout condo, DVD players in each bedroom and living room, high speed wireless Internet, and stereo. Plus, our balcony is the largest available at Sterling Breeze . If you bring binoculars you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the awesome sight of dolphins and other marine life that play among the waves. Your children will love this!

Sterling Breeze is not only fabulous for its luxurious living, but with only 140 units, it is always quiet and never crowded. Everyone will enjoy the tropical pool and whirlpool spa, state of the art fitness center, fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating, and the poolside bar with flat screen TVs which also serves food.

Two on the beach loungers with umbrella included in stay. $40.00 a day savings. Right on your beach, services are offered for activities like parasailing, jet skiing, and the banana boat! The front desk will further inform you about all local activities and events and activities going on for children. Enjoy Bay Point Golf Club and Marina discounts, miniature golf right down the road, Buddy's fresh seafood market (so wonderful to cook local seafood in the condo), WinnDixie grocery store right down the street, and exciting water parks.

Great condo at a great location!

We loved the location and relatively sparsely populated beach. We’ve stayed at several condos where the beach was packed with people and this was very relaxing. Also very convenient to the Pier and other amenities. Condo was spacious, clean, and wonderful, and the owner was wonderful with communication and flexibility

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were all large and updated. The condo was very clean. And my husband is very particular about cleaning. Patio furniture was really nice and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony when we weren’t on the beach or at the pool. Tiki bar was a nice amenity. A little expensive, but a nice splurge on vacation. Close to great restaurants and shopping, but not in the middle of the crowds that we could see further up the beach. Beach chair service included was definitely a plus. There is a drainage ditch beside the condo, on the beach, that is a bit of an eye sore, but other than that, everything was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

We loved the condo and the security, the pool wasn't overcrowded with people who were not guests of the condo. We loved having the beach chairs included with our condo. Another big plus was a semi stocked pantry with some of the essentials.

This property is beautiful and has a great view of the beach. Very nice pool area with a bar. Great for families. The only issues were the pull out sofa was not all that comfortable and the elevators sometimes took a long while to get to your floor, but we definitely would go back!

Beautiful condo right on the beach with an amazing view and close to all the amenities. The condo was beautiful and came as advertised. Beach service was outstanding and the rep on site was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great trip that the whole family loved! Would recommend to all!

We enjoyed this large unit. It was extremely helpful having 3 full bathrooms. The proximity to Pier Park is great. Just a short beautiful walk to restaurants, shopping, and the pier. Dino was very prompt and a great host.

Great unit

This unit is great for multiple families. We had two families (8 people) and this unit was perfect. Having 3 bathrooms was so nice! Dino was very easy to reach and made sure everything was in place prior to arriving. The room was clean and spacious. The location is on the quiet end of PCB and the beach was not crowded compared to others areas, but still convenient to Pier Park and Back Beach Rd to get to Thomas Dr and the other end of Front Beach quickly. Overall, we will definitely stay here again!

Quiet & convenient

Upon arrival, parking deck was half empty so that was a plus. Resort is nice and quiet, great for families. Enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything. Stayed in room 1404, very clean and kitchen was stocked. Property owner was very responsive. Definitely will want to stay here again. Downside is the elevator. There is only one functioning for the entire resort. It’s a mess at peak times. I hope it’s fixed promptly because it’s definitely an inconvenience at times.

Excellent Condo

We just got back from a week's stay in this condo and enjoyed every minute. There were a couple of issues when we got there but Dino was already aware of them and they were fixed quickly. Perfect location - close to Pier Park and a grocery store. Not a super crowded beach area. Elevators were quick. We LOVED having three full bathrooms since we had 8 people with us. Our only complaint was the $50 parking fee we had to pay per car. This should be included in the stay. Other than that, great week and will hopefully have the chance to stay here again!

Great trip!

The condo was really nice and the communication with Dino was fantastic! I had one minor cleaning issue and it was addressed and fixed right away. The only recommendation I would give is more towels in each bathroom. There were only two in each and we had 7 people so we had to wash towels constantly. Also, not sure if the owners know but there are only two cereal bowls. So make sure you buy some throw away ones. Over all we had a really great trip!

Beautiful Property, confusing check in

Property was beautiful. Just some small maintenance issues with lightbulbs etc. but they had toys and some supplies left in the pantry. Definitely needs cooking sheets and a few more kitchen supplies. We were never told about the $50 parking pass, no instructions to check in with the garages attendant etc. Codes on the door didn’t work. Got 2 tickets in the garage for strange parking rules. Condo was great, but logistics were not.

Directly in front doing major infrastructure on road,design of parking garage is a disaster to get to covered walkway connecting to condos.Our balcony over looked a sewage pipe that drains into ocean. Just nasty black yuk.The condo had everything you need in the kitchen with the exception of an outdated Mr.Coffee.A Kcup would be better,The furniture was nice except the living room all the fabric furniture was so dirty ,faded and even had screw sticking the back of your leg.No complaints about hostess. Conda needs to replace mattresses,one like sleeping on a board,other was so soft your sunken into it and you could see they were stained and dirty because the spread didnt cover the end, no bedskit on one so I checked the other that had a bed skirt,Pillows also needs replaced .The only plus to staying there was it was very clean and well stocked and hostess was nice.M.drm has patio door opening to balcony which was nice.Would I stay there again ? Absolutely not ! Sorry for the long review but Sterling Breeze 1404 needs some updates.Stayed 8/29 9/1 /2025

Gulf Coast Jam Trip

Condo was unit 1404. My wife and I and our 2 teenage kids stayed here mainly to attend Gulf Coast Jam. This unit is in Sterling Breeze, which we have stayed at multiple times. We love the beach access, pool, amenities, etc. It is within 10-15 minute walking distance to Pier Park, and was also a reasonable walking distance to Frank Brown Park where the concert was being held. The unit itself was clean, spacious, updated sufficiently, and had all the basic necessities that we needed. We were a party of 4, but a party of 6 would fit comfortably as well. The balcony is large with nice balcony furniture and an updated electric grill. The entire Sterling Breeze complex has improved significantly over the past few years. The elevators are especially improved...they used to be very slow but now they are quick with very minimal wait times. There's a nice pool, hot tub, firepit, and a bar/grill that has also improved in recent years with plenty of drink and food options. Would definitely stay in this unit again if needed.

Wonderful Unit

We had a wonderful stay the week of June 17-24th. The condo was clean and perfectly located on the beach with a wonderful view and is close to restaurants. The beds were all comfortable (the pull out could use a mattress topper but overall the kids didn't complain). The owner was extremely responsive to any questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. My only tiny complaint with the property was that the main TV in the living room was tempermental and difficult to use at times but we were still able to have the girls watch all their favorite cartoons. My two largest complaints are with the property and not the unit itself. There are only 2 elevators for the 20+ floors which could mean long waits during peak times (arrivals, to/from beach and dinner time). Additionally, we had neighbors smoking marijuana on their balcony which drifted to ours, which was unfortunte when we were trying to enjoy an evening on the balcony. Overall, I would definitley recommend his unit and would definitley stay again. Thank you so much for hosting our family!

Just as advertised. Pros: View... Amazing. Beach... Awesome. Short walk to water. Balcony: Above average. Cleanliness... Great. Amenities... As expected. Elevators... 30 seconds to 2 minutes wait, at most. Pool... Not huge, but good. Parking... Always open spots. Communication... Perfect. Beds... Good. Furniture... Good. Decor... Above average. Beach access... A+ Location... Nice and quiet end of Beach. Free Beach lounges and Umbrellas... Perfect. Cons: Could use more lugge carts. People apparently hoard them in their rooms because the property has an "honor" system. We got very lucky and found carts within a few minutes during check in and check out. Many people did not They need more shopping carts and luggage trolleys. Thats it! Grade A property! Would book again.
