Long, this house is a perfect refuge for all of your plans in Austin, TX.

The house is a brand new construction, with no previous tenants! The 2300 square foot house features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own queen bed, dresser with plenty of storage, and private bathroom and closets. There is also a spacious balcony and patio on the second floor to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped built out with luxurious stainless steel Bosch appliances. The house also features a cozy living room with a plush couch and loveseat and a tv with a fire stick for all of your entertainment needs.

Guests will have the entire space to themselves. Keyless guest access will be provided through August Smart Lock. Parking is easily accessible and free on site! There are video monitoring cameras at all entrances of the house for security purposes so all guests can feel safe and sound.

ACL weekend

The house is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood. Morning coffee on the upstairs deck on a perfect October weekend was wonderful. Bathrooms were well stocked & beds were very comfortable.

Overall great experience

We had a great stay. Place was nice and clean and fresh (new built). Plenty of space for 2 Adults and 3 kids. Garage for car directly connected. Kitchen well equipped and 3 full bathrooms. We can recommend this place!

BBQ and Jazz

I need to a weekend get away. I found Chris’ place on VRBO. It was a great price in an up and coming neighborhood. The location was close enough to downtown to be there with it in 12 minutes. But secluded enough to enjoy. The home clean and it match the pictures Chris was a great host, and they himself available for questions. I will definitely be going back again.
