This stunning property is located on a private 0.5-acre lot with a completely private yard, a 4-car garage, and a large driveway perfect for bringing your RV, boat, and all your toys. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the beach and picturesque sunsets by the pool. With a golf cart included, you can easily explore the nearby almost private beach, ensuring you never have to deal with crowds.

This luxurious home has been completely renovated in 2022, boasting an open floor plan that includes a large kitchen with a center island, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The cozy family room features a large screen TV and comfortable seating. The spacious master suite offers a king-size bed and a luxurious master bathroom with a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower. A separate kids' room with a twin bed and trundle is perfect for families. Two additional guest bedrooms with queen-size beds share a beautifully designed second bathroom.

- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week
- Pet-friendly accommodations available for $100 per pet + tax
- Basic starter supplies provided upon arrival, including toiletries and linens
- Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Laundry room equipped with washer and dryer for guest use

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, saran wraps, and foil paper. Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
