This beautifully and CLEAN condo with views of both mountains and water is great for a weekend getaway or a complete vacation. Located just two minutes from both Deer Valley's Deer Crest Gondola and Jordanelle Reservoir, this condo offers great accommodations for a winter ski trip, a summer lake adventure or a relaxing weekend away.

Amenities include a fireplace, hot tub, heated pool (summer only), clubhouse, sport court, playground, BBQ grills, and a kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Our unit is conveniently located near both the clubhouse and the pool/hot tub. The outdoor balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy stunning mountain views or to see what's happening on the lake in any season.

Why the Owner Chose Heber City: This property is convenient for a weekend get-a-way and has beautiful views of Utah's terrific mountains. Having the option of shopping and dining in both Park City and Heber City was a key point in our decision to purchase at Fox Bay. My father also grew up right on this site when it was then the old 'Keetley Mine', prior to the building of the dam and filling of Jordanelle Reservoir. The 'Old Keetley Road' takes you right to the shore of Jordanelle.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo: Our family enjoys year round activities at our beautiful Fox Bay condominium. The skiing and snowboarding during winter at any one of several world class resorts is unmatched. Spring brings beautiful mountain views and great spring skiing. In summer we enjoy hiking, waterskiing, fishing, golfing and swimming which are all located very close to or on the property. Fall is beautiful as we watch the leaves change to brilliant reds, oranges and yellows. The condo provides many varied opportunities for recreation, celebration and relaxation.

Nice condo

Great experience for a ski getaway. Very clean and organized. Perfect for a family of 6. Communication with owner was excellent and all requests were fulfilled. Would definitely stay here again.

Deer valley. So close and easy

Place was conveniently located 4 minutes from deer valley gondola. Super easier in and out. The condo was fine and had all we needed. Underground parking was nice.

Love this Fox Bay Condo!

Wow! Loved our ski week stay at Fox Bay! We hope we can stay there again! This cute condo is very cozy, well- appointed, with fun decor throughout. Very comfortable bedding! Games, amazing views, & more satellite TV stations than I knew existed! We caught up on some great movies! Super location - 5 mins to Deer Valley Gondola! Or 15 minutes to downtown Park city for dinner! Enjoyed the hot tub outdoors. Really LOVED the gas fireplace!! And the heated underground garage! Also appreciated the “welcome basket” full of goodies & coffee kcups! (That got us through the 1st day until we could get groceries) Thanks for everything!

Excelente opcion a 15 minutos de park city

El depratamento estaba impecable y las instruccion del host eran exactas y detalladas. A 15 minutos de park city, este departamento es una excelente opcion que es mas comoda y esta cerca. La limpieza y cuidado del departamento es la mejor que he visto en mi vida. La pasamos increible y muy comodos la semana que estuvimos. Volveria a quedarme ahi de volver.

Perfect Stay Near Slopes

Had a great stay during ski season. 5 min drive to Jordanelle Express lift at Deer Valley. Great communication with owner, and one of the closest units to shared hot tub was a huge plus. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris' condo. The place was sparkling clean. Linens, towels and beds were great. Lots of thoughtful touches. We would stay again for sure!

Hidden Gem

This place is immaculate, well stocked, great neighborhood and a phenomenal location. You are minutes to the Jordanelee Reservoir, and a short drive to downtown Heber, Park City, and Deer Valley. And even better, it will literally be across the street from the new Mayflower Mountain Resort once it opens!

Very comfortable condo

This condo is stocked with everything you need, including Keurig coffee maker, pods and a basket full of snacks. We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Everything was clean and the extra towels and blankets were much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location

This is a great property if you're looking for a midway point between Heber City and Park City. Easy access off US 40, right next to the Jordanelle and literally across the street from the new Mayflower Mountain Resort. And, of course, very close to the Jordanelle gondola at Deer Valley. Your host is excellent, easy check-in, simple check-out. Great place for a small family or someone just wanting to get away.

Nice condo, but watch out for unreasonable damage claim

During our stay, I thought about giving this home a high rating because it was a clean and well stocked home with extra towels, plates, bowls and cups etc. However, it’s been tremendously stressful to deal with the home owner after we came back from vacation. We kept getting text messages complaining how we have damaged her condo. She claimed we scratched, dented, and heat damaged her dining table because we didn’t use placemat which she never provided it on the table in the first place. My food was never served very hot on the table as we don’t want to accidentally burn our kids. When we arrived, dining table was certainly NOT a brand new table but with some old scratches, dents and minor blemish covered by a heavy coating. What puzzled us the most was that if the table is so damaged as claimed, how could both my husband and I not notice it before we left. She also made claim that we burned one of her pots and she had to buy a new pot to replace it. In fact, this pot was already burned prior to our check-in. The reason we didn’t report it is because we didn’t want to nitpick on homeowner since we were only here for a very short stay. Obviously, the homeowner has no idea about the condition of her condo before our check-in despite she claimed she checked everything herself earlier. She also claimed that we made a “big mess” by using too many bath towels and leaving many dirty dishes and pots before leaving, which will incur extra cleaning fee. We are group of 4 people who stayed for 6 days. Not sure how many towels were considered too many to use????? We left very early and didn’t even use her kitchen that morning. Most of pots and dishes had already been cleaned and left in her dishwasher the night before. We followed the instruction provided by the owner to take the trash out and take all used bath towels and sheets to the laundry room before checkout. The home owner filed a damage claim of 100% of our security deposit, which is very unreasonable. Right now, this case is under a dispute and home away is doing further investigation. We have been renting homes with home away for a number of years and never had any issues. For future travelers, take steps to protect yourselves as you never know what kind of home owner you’re dealing with.

If I could give Christine and this place 6 stars I would

Christine did a great job giving clear and easy instructions and super helpful. The place is exactly as advertised for our ski vacation. Used Adventure Haus for rental per Christine and the Jordanelle gondola is maybe 2 miles away with free overnight ski check. Fantastic stay!

Beautiful place, wonderful experience

Our family had a delightful stay at Christine's well equipped, well furnished, well maintained and well stocked condo. Of course, you can't say enough about the convenience of Foxbay's proximity to Deer Valley's back lift, and the proliferation of fine skiing venues in the SLC area. When you add to that the courtesy of Christine, and her genuine concern for your happy stay, you have a winning combination for an exceptional vacation experience. Thank you Christine. We are residents of Salt Lake City who love to ski, snowboard, mountain bike and wakeboard. We enjoy frequent trips to our 'mountain retreat' for a BBQ's, day of skiing or biking the WOW trail. Fishing or wakeboarding at Jordanelle is also our idea of a great day.

This property is convenient for both Utah residents and out of state visitors. The unit provides beautiful views of Utah's terrific mountains. Having the option of shopping, dining and recreating in both Park City and Heber City was a positive point in our decision to purchase at Fox Bay. My father also grew up right on this site when it was then the old 'Keetley Mine', prior to the building of the dam and filling of Jordanelle Reservoir. The 'Old Keetley Road' takes you right to the shore of Jordanelle Reservior.
