Welcome to our one bedroom Condo at Mountain Side Condominiums in Downtown Frisco. In the heart of ski country, conveniently surrounded by 7 world class ski resorts all in your backyard. The unit very comfortably sleeps 5 with Queen Bed in the bedroom and an extremely comfortable memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a twin Murphy Bed contained inside the TV cabinet. The balcony is equipped with a brand new Weber Grill and backs right up to Peak 1 for phenomenal views winter or summer. The Summit Recreational Bike bath is a few steps away out the back door, the Frisco Marina, Lake Dillon, and Main Street Frisco are all less than a mile away from the front door. Unit comes fully equipped with Comcast Cable TV in Living area and bedroom with easy HDMI hook up in the living area for gaming systems. Free Wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen with Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Air Fryer, Electric Cooking and abundance of cooking pots, pans, utensils. All rentals are equipped with towels and fresh linens for all beds, paper towels, toilet paper, dish/body/laundry soaps, trash bags, coffee pods, and other various essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The Condo unit is located about as close as you can be to the indoor Pool house, with large indoor pool, locker room, sauna, 3 large hot tubs, laundry, fitness center, and study area. Great place to stay for a get away in any season winter or summer to enjoy the beauty of all there is to enjoy in the Colorado mountains of Summit County!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place any dirty towel and linens from used beds on a single pile on the floor. No perishable food left in refrigerator or cabinets. (Condiments or unopened non perishables ok if you wish)
Make sure Clubhouse Key Fob is hanging on Kitchen Hook. (lost keys will be charged)
Adjust thermostat to 62 degrees and ensure the Fireplace is off. Message owners via text or VRBO platform which ever you wish to let us know you are checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unregistered Guests or parties under 25 that don't match booking will be denied check in w/o refund.
Absolutely No Smoking inside of the unit. We've never had an issue but will notice smoke smells and charge full extent of damages so please respect
Unit primarily serves as an STR w/ Personal Use. Long term requests 30+ days are on a case by case, dates dependent, and will require a formal lease

Lovely condo in a great location. The deck is especially nice; private and peaceful, facing a mountainside full of Aspens and buzzing with hummingbirds. The space is absolutely perfect for a couple or small family. It's a very easy walk to Main Street, filled with shops and restaurants. Very clean and well appointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was just what we needed to get some relief from blazing hot Kansas City. The unit was perfect for us. Very close to the bike trail. Walkable to Main Street Frisco and all the shops and restaurants. The entire Mountainside complex is beautifully maintained. We’ll for sure have this unit on our list for a return visit.

I first want to say that Luke went over and above in communication about questions that I had. He was very quick to respond, very knowledgeable and ready to help resolve issues in a timely manner!!!!The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped as we made all of our meals in the condo. The view off the deck was beautiful and very quiet. We could see the bike path from the deck, but there was a little field that separated us from the path. There are resident hummingbirds that kept us company while eating/relaxing on the partly shaded deck. I believe the condo was the perfect size for two. It might be difficult for four unless you’re dealing with small children. The garage is right under the condo and just a few sets of steps which made it very convenient.The hot tubs were clean and not crowded, but that may be because of the time of year. It looks like it could comfortably accommodate many though, if it had been crowded.All in all, if we were to visit again, we would stay here as it was a great value and a sweet location.

I didn't even realize how walkable this was to downtown Frisco -- an extra bonus! Access to giant hot tubs at the clubhouse, parking spot in the garage, super convenient to tons of ski resorts. We loved our stay!

We had an amazing ski trip last week with our 2 boys. Luke & Kristin’s condo was in a fabulous location so close to both Copper and Breckenridge. The covered parking is such a plus and the unit just up one small flight of stairs and also so close to the fabulous clubhouse. The condo was both clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a few questions during our stay and Luke responded within minutes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Frisco condo

We stayed here for 5 nights to ski at Copper. This is the perfect area to stay.. short drive to mountain, restaurants and stores. Frisco is very quaint, easy to navigate around. We loved the hot tubs, and the kids loved the pool.

Great spot

This is a wonderful place to stay - the condo is clean, comfortable, and functional, and has great proximity to Frisco/skiing/etc. The clubhouse hot tubs/pool are delightful, and Luke is a great host, and easy to work with.

We just left after spending a week in beautiful Frisco. From the beginning, Luke was excellent at communicating with us. It was so nice to work directly with the owner. The condo was perfect for me and my husband. We love Frisco and the rec path (which you can see from the balcony and get to easily around the corner of the parking lot.) Great location to rec path and to walk into downtown. The bed was super comfortable which was much appreciated after a day of biking or hiking. Every day we used the hot tubs, literally right across the parking lot. Since it was shoulder season, we mostly had it to ourselves! In the condo, we appreciated the little extras… especially the hand lotion! I had full intentions to use the grill on the deck, but decided to hit The Lost Cajun restaurant two days in a row. Next time we are in Frisco, we definitely would want to rent the condo with Luke again. 100% recommend.

Mountainside Escape

Everything about the condo met our expectations. We've stayed at Mountainside several times and this location was probably the best. It was clean and quiet with a great view. The first floor was a plus too. We would stay there again.
