Very cute, well-kept beach condo/duplex easily walkable to beach (with views). Was nice to be able to bring our dog.

It was a delightful surprise. Easy walk to the beach. The condo literally comes with EVERYTHING you could ever need. The management company even had welcome kits, which were amazing and super helpful. It was clean, great location. Loved it. My ONLY suggestion is to have a way to separate the deck space so we could sit out with the dogs. We did get to meet the family that was renting next door and they were also there for UNCW family weekend. We will definitely stay again.

It was everything the listing described. Communication from the host group was outstanding! We didn't have any issues, but they communicated with us just the right amount of times and we knew if we had any problems/concerns they would be addressed professionally. Key reasons we chose this place were: pet friendliness, quiet location, beach access, and inclusion of linens and beach towels. The bonus was the storage room with bikes and beach chairs as well as other beach friendly items. Everything was well taken care of and having shared access to the laundry facilities was pretty nice too. Great views!

Great Location

Quiet street with plenty of great amenities! Bikes and other beach equipment is a nice plus! Loved the early morning coffee on the deck watching sunrise over the ocean. Will definitely stay again!

Great location

Location was amazing. The property could definitely use some updates, but the view and location was worth it. . The shower was clogged and sink disposal not working but property maintenance was very responsive.

Great Beach Location

Loved this location. Quiet street. Short walk to ocean. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Management provided great communication and instructions. Definitely a high recommendation!

Just a short walk to the beach

The Property was clean and as expected having viewed the online photos. Outside shower and hose off were a nice feature. We would definitely stay there again.

Great beach week with family

We enjoyed our stay. Home was exactly as advertised. Great location to the beach. Property management was communicative and helpful. We had a broken coffeemaker situation that was fixed same day and a stove shut off in the middle of our stay, but I texted and someone from their team immediately called me and walked me through the breaker process. My four hungry kids were very thankful for their prompt response. We would definitely stay here again.

Love Wrightsville Beach

Great accommodations and location! Very clean, comfy and fully equip kitchen. Love that it’s dog friendly. I would have liked a gate partition to separate the back porch so the dogs don’t wonder off to the next unit. Two cottages away from the beach. I didn’t like that a huge commercial hotel was near by the property and was undergoing outdoor repairs… but just ignore that! Restaurants were in walkable distance and if you need a break from this awesome relaxation, 5 minutes away is Wilmington’s huge shopping centers. Shell Island Wrightsville has been our GO TO PLACE for many years now. I wished I had rented this cottage sooner.

Thanksgiving isolation

Perfect for a small Thanksgiving getaway during a pandemic. They even left me new potholders and disposable roaster to cook my Turkey. Easy access to beach and bikes were perfect to get around.

Perfect beach cottage

So impressed! Tracey was great with communication! The location is perfect! Beautiful views can hear the waves with the windows open, perfect for sleeping. The cottage comes with EVERYTHING! Loved riding the bikes, took them to eat and have a few drinks, road them down to the end of the island where the ocean meets the marsh, beautiful sunsets down there! That’s a must! Loved watching the sunrise right out front of the cottage. Absolutely perfect!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dog friendly duplex is not a great idea since deck is shared with no way to separate dogs. Great view but access to beach was too difficult for wife to navigate. Duplex was well maintained. Property managers were helpful. Wasn't aware that Wrightsville Beach doesn't allow dogs on the beach at any time until Oct. Recommend King Neptune and Station 7 restaurants.

Covid Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a safe escape to the beach. Seaview A was the perfect setting for us and our mini-AussieDoodle. The location was terrific at the north end of the island. We were able to avoid the crowds. The duplex was perfect for the two of us plus our furbaby. Having all the beach equipment and the grill was great. The only negative was since I was doing a lot of cooking the kitchen equipment was very limited. The internet was intermittent which was not your fault.

Great stay with family

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. It's steps from the beach with a very nice view of the ocean from the deck. And it's well within walking and certainly biking distance to the middle of town. Bonus points for the nice beach chairs and bikes that were available. We'd certainly stay here again.

It was very easy to get into the house. The app was great. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. There were 3 adult size bikes and we were 4 people so we all couldn't go for a bike ride together. Great beach towels and chairs available. The biggest issue we had was that the couch, chairs, and throw pillows were a bit stained and didn't look that clean. We just took the extra set of sheets and covered the couch and chairs for our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor shower (is just a showerhead) and laundry are shared in the duplex. Overall, it was a great stay and I didn't want to leave.

It was a little weird to find it tried to take us to a public parking area. It was easy to figure out which house it was. When I first got to the place the code was not working, so I had to call but they answered immediately and my problem was solved in maybe less than 5 minutes. This rental is really nice because it says it's not beach front but from your back deck you have a clear view or the ocean. On the deck it comes with a nice picnic table and a awesome grill. The kitchen comes equipped with pretty much everything you'll need to make food. It was clean and just a great place to hang out. They also have a storage space that's fenominal. It comes equipped with everything you'll need for your beach trip. Multiple bikes, beach chairs and different boards. The kids loved the bikes will definitely be coming back.

The unit was not in the busiest part of town, so it took an extra few minutes to get downtown, but the flip side is that it was nice and peaceful. The beach was only a very short walk along the path, and we had our feet in the water.
