Una escapada familiar fácil es lo que ofrece este acogedor dúplex, con una habitación king con vista al mar y una segunda habitación con una cama de tamaño completo junto con literas gemelas y 1 baño completo.

¡El cocinero no está aislado en la cocina bien surtida de Seaview! Excelentes vistas al océano mientras cocina, también está abierto a la sala de estar contigua con TV y vistas al océano. La cubierta también está al lado del océano, con una parrilla, asientos al aire libre y, por supuesto, excelentes vistas de la playa de arena a solo 300 pies de distancia.

Great Location

Quiet street with plenty of great amenities! Bikes and other beach equipment is a nice plus! Loved the early morning coffee on the deck watching sunrise over the ocean. Will definitely stay again!

Just a short walk to the beach

The Property was clean and as expected having viewed the online photos. Outside shower and hose off were a nice feature. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Beach Location

Loved this location. Quiet street. Short walk to ocean. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Management provided great communication and instructions. Definitely a high recommendation!

Great location

Location was amazing. The property could definitely use some updates, but the view and location was worth it. . The shower was clogged and sink disposal not working but property maintenance was very responsive.

Great beach week with family

We enjoyed our stay. Home was exactly as advertised. Great location to the beach. Property management was communicative and helpful. We had a broken coffeemaker situation that was fixed same day and a stove shut off in the middle of our stay, but I texted and someone from their team immediately called me and walked me through the breaker process. My four hungry kids were very thankful for their prompt response. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just absolutely loved it! We have zero complaints...well, we ate too much if you want to be picky. Best parts: 1. we had our dog with us 2. everything we needed was already at the house (bikes, beach chairs, cooler, linens) 3. low traffic and 4. great view off the deck.

Just What We Wanted

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked with basic necessities. I think this is more suited for a family of 4, any more than that might have issues with only one bathroom. Also, the distance to the beach was a bit deceiving as we thought we would have direct access. Instead we had to walk down to the public beach access to get to the beach which was a bit out of the way.

Great Getaway for my Three Daughters and Me

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girls (ages 10, 8 and 4) and I spent four days in this unit and will definitely reserve again! I am super picky about cleanliness and it was smelled so clean when we first walked in. The owners have thought of everything from beach chairs, to umbrella, beach cart, boogie boards, coffee pot, high chair, pack and play and more. We had plenty of towels and linens. You literally could just pack your car with clothes and food and have everything you need in the unit! Since there is only one bathroom I think it would be hard to have more than four people stay in the unit but it would hold up to seven adults (although, two adults would have to sleep on the Full/Queen sleeper sofa which was actually very uncomfortable). Overall the location was great (just steps to the beach), it was so clean and had all of the amenities you would need for a great getaway!

Clough vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check in I inspected the place and the bathroom was filthy. Bathtub not cleaned and there was a dead cockroach the size of scorpion in the tub. I called property management and they said nothing. Did not apologize or offer to haver someone come and clean it. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. No outside lights in the front so you could not see at nite when you came in. Not enough privacy for a duplex. Shared staircase to the back deck. Would not rent this property again

Maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed with my family for a quick 2 nights stay at Wrightsville Beach, NC and it was wonderful until on the very first night that we stayed we had purhased food because we wanted to cook food while our stay there. Once we began cooking our first meal not even within the first 10 minutes did the stove suddenly shut off on us. There was food cooking in the oven and some vegetables that were getting boiled. We called/used the fix it app and left messages but no one ever called back or even emailed us about anything during our whole stay. No one called/emailed back on who was gonna come and try to fix the stove. We were quite upset because we did buy food for 3 days and for 7 people. Along with buying all that food we ended up going out to eat for every meal (which we weren't planning on since we had a kitchen and food to prepare and were on a budget). I wish someone would have called to see what was going on with the stove but nothing. And i was actually hoping for a reimbursement for the food that was left or something. There should be more help/organization/timely response that should put onto that part of the call/fix it app to be a more pleasing, more appreciative and successful company.

Love Wrightsville Beach

Great accommodations and location! Very clean, comfy and fully equip kitchen. Love that it’s dog friendly. I would have liked a gate partition to separate the back porch so the dogs don’t wonder off to the next unit. Two cottages away from the beach. I didn’t like that a huge commercial hotel was near by the property and was undergoing outdoor repairs… but just ignore that! Restaurants were in walkable distance and if you need a break from this awesome relaxation, 5 minutes away is Wilmington’s huge shopping centers. Shell Island Wrightsville has been our GO TO PLACE for many years now. I wished I had rented this cottage sooner.

Thanksgiving isolation

Perfect for a small Thanksgiving getaway during a pandemic. They even left me new potholders and disposable roaster to cook my Turkey. Easy access to beach and bikes were perfect to get around.

Perfect beach cottage

So impressed! Tracey was great with communication! The location is perfect! Beautiful views can hear the waves with the windows open, perfect for sleeping. The cottage comes with EVERYTHING! Loved riding the bikes, took them to eat and have a few drinks, road them down to the end of the island where the ocean meets the marsh, beautiful sunsets down there! That’s a must! Loved watching the sunrise right out front of the cottage. Absolutely perfect!

Ocean view but poor beach access

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dog friendly duplex is not a great idea since deck is shared with no way to separate dogs. Great view but access to beach was too difficult for wife to navigate. Duplex was well maintained. Property managers were helpful. Wasn't aware that Wrightsville Beach doesn't allow dogs on the beach at any time until Oct. Recommend King Neptune and Station 7 restaurants.

Covid Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a safe escape to the beach. Seaview A was the perfect setting for us and our mini-AussieDoodle. The location was terrific at the north end of the island. We were able to avoid the crowds. The duplex was perfect for the two of us plus our furbaby. Having all the beach equipment and the grill was great. The only negative was since I was doing a lot of cooking the kitchen equipment was very limited. The internet was intermittent which was not your fault.
